Sup sippers! Just got in from SFW. Killer shoulder WO. 15 sets with 9 drop sets. Just mowed a coupla rosbif sammitches, now it's time for a coupla coldies。 I'm diggin this new beer called 哈尔滨啤酒. Good stuff.

Awesome. I could go for a p-rip or 3 right now. There's a group of us Clean Threader types over here that normally head out about this time on the weekend evenings for some pints and prips. Lately it's been so effin' cold (below -0C) that we just stick around here. But, it doesn't look like ****'s happening tonight so far.

The Eagles are up 16 to 0 right now. I'm sure Willpiazza is crying his eyes out at this very moment.

My legs are kinda sore from my shtty leg workout yesterday. I just woke up from a 4 hour nap. So i'm feeling kinda nice.

Also i Hooked up with my boyfriend yesterday morning and we talked of very special things... some things could possibly get me banned if i repeated them... mhm.. Sausage anyone?

I need to write a damn AP story already... i've been just worn out by the Grave shift i work and its killer... But as i watch my football game, i'll try and put something together and have it finished as a celebration for the Eagles Win

And one question for my fellow Clean Threaders, what exercise should I do to Increase the size of my Johnson... I had an ugly fat chick actually tell me my weener was too small... And it was the first time i've ever been told that... I'm hurt... kinda

I wonder WTF happened to Willp. I mean that effer was posting 30+ times per day and he dropp'd offa the face of the e-world.

Anyhoo. So, I'm SFW this evening, using the machine hack squat cause my left hand is still so eff'd up I can't do real squats. The fukkin machine isn't quite long enough for me to fully extend, so I'm banging a little at the top and bottom. After I finish my set, this Not Big trainer walks up and points to the machine and says "slowly....slowly!" I so wanted to grab that fukker and make him lick the sweat offa my.........quads.

BHG, you gotta PM me one of those AP stories. The Great Firewall of China has certain blog sites blocked. Apparently, we're not allowed to hear about AP stories involving fat chicks.
 
Yea, i need to diet again to gain some visible size to my Johnson. I hate dieting though.. ugh, back to my secret method.

Really quiet night at work last night. couple drinks on the house then off to another pub. Ended up monged singing chef's chocolate salty balls
