bud watch your diet is the most important do your exercises look around the forum for looking a god fat burning for you.

Stop overthinking every minuet detail of training. You've started so many threads over pretty much the same topic. Getting where you want to be takes years to get and, since you're still very young, you need to focus on establishing your base and finding what foods, supplements, and/or routines your body responds favorably to. For starters, cut back on your training to a 4-5 day split and add in some moderate cardio after 2-3 of those sessions.

An easy way to strip away fat is to carb/calorie cycle. There's tons of info on here about that.

ok i understand the basics and the only reason i have started so many threads is cause i have trouble finding exactly what i want...i would like someone to come out and just make a suggestion for me on a supp..i understad diet and cardio...i am working on it and i have seen great strides of improvement...i am not trying to be a **** im just looking for some answers

Someone's recommendation is just that: their opinion about a particular supplement or aspect of training. The best thing you can do is to research the components of a supplement and their efficacy. Supplements work well on some and don't do jack for others. The only way to find out is to try it for yourself.

Leviathan, if you can find it.

also, i've ran it stacked with DCP... it's the TITS.

Recreate from USPlabs is also one i'm fond of.

google is your friend... but like everyone has said, diet and workout (i recommend HIIT to get super lean) need to be on point 1st.

good luck.
