Taking Oral steroids with food or w/out

hey does any body out there know if taking oral steroids with a meal diminishes its effects.. or whaT ABOUT TAKIN IT ON A EMPTY STOMACH????
 
You will want to take some of them with a good amount of healthy fats to help them absorb. You will have to search around to see which ones.
