M-Drol 10mg 3x/Week Log

What does pulsing mean, and what does ARB stand for?
Pulsing means taking the compound 3x a week on workout days (some people do 4x a week) letting your body "bounce back" on the off days. Some people take test boosters on the off days to help mitigate shutdown. You dose the compound higher, but less often. With m drol/sdrol it is pretty popular

Tagio how is pct going?

"PCT" was one week of ATD. nothing more was needed. workouts have been awesome, hit a few more PRs. I dropped a few pounds in the two weeks after the cycle but judging by the consistent strength gains and my appearance, it was glycogen and a bit of fat. i benched 205lbs for 3 sets of 3 about a week ago, and just a few days ago did a squat clean with 120 kilos (264 lbs) both of which are PRs. my deadlift is climbing back toward my old best, pulled 424lbs for a solid single after the clean PR. shutdown from this pulse was really minimal IMO, despite strong lethargy while on.

in a month or so I will probably run another m-drol pulse, perhaps 10mg stacked with another compound, for 6 weeks. I'll probably take the compound on OFF days rather than workout days, and use the compound for nutrient partitioning/recovery (meaning sitting around and eating), since i'm naturally pretty aggressive in the weight room and the SD made me lethargic.

So 10 mg of m-drol and 15mg of p-plex is like super flex black china, I'm thinking make gains off the m-drol and the p-plex will keep me energetic. I'm aggressive as well in the gym, do you think off days will be best. Its worth a try as far as I'm concerned, any feed back?
 
Nice results Tagio. At the least take 2 months off before doing another run IMO. I would also recommend running some plcar on those months off to re sensitize your receptors.

I have p-plex and m-drol. What about pulsing them together to combat the lethargy. Something like M/W/F 10 mg of m-drol & 15 mg p-plex pre workout

Did you end up pulsing the m-drol to help combat the lethargy? I am interested because I am experiencing the same lethargic side effects with my current m-drol cycle. Does any one else have any helpful tips in terms of combatting this?
 
Tagio, how long was your cycle? Im about to run a pulse of Mdrol probably start at 10mg and go up to 20mg. just not sure how long i can stay on it for before the effects start to diminish or the side get to bad. I was reading of other pulsing for up to 2 months!?

I just dropped my daily dose down from 30, pulsing, to 10. I added in Epistane and generic 6-oxo to help with natural test issues, among others, in hopes to battle the lethargy. I haven't experienced severe back pumps this time or any other time that I have ran this compound. However, this is my first go round with lethargy that is this severe.

Were you pulsing 30mg MWF?
