About to start my first cycle of Epistane. It's my first cycle of any kind of steroid and I have been trying to do my research (forums, google, friend who majored in anatomy/endocrinology). I just wanted to put down my information in case anyone has any advise for me (any and all advise is appreciated).
I am 5'10", 25 yr/old. About 205 lbs, been lifting hard for the last 3 years, was lifting before that on and off for 5 or 6. Never had any significant lifting injuries but I have an arm injury that happened when I was 16 (broken humerus and shredded radial nerve). I have really worked hard on getting the strength in the two arms relatively even. For supplements all I have taken is creatine, N.O. Xplode, N.O. Shotgun, Glutamine and whey protein. Take a multi vitamin, B- Complex, Fish oil and vitamin C everyday.
I'm not the "cleanest" eater in the world. I eat lots (LOTS!) of red meat, chicken and pasta. During football Sunday I am very relaxed about my diet. Ill eat any doughnuts, chips or burgers that gets put out. I also drink a decent amount of beer (mostly on Sunday for football, but sometimes during the week too).
Thinking about doing a 4-6 week cycle of 10/20/30/40/40. Taking some OTC liver support during the cycle.
For PCT I am taking the Primordial TRS and I have a SERM (Nolva) just in case.
