Starting "The One" by Applied Nutriceuticals

I just ordered the prohormone "The one" by Applies Nutriceuticals. I am excited to start! I am looking to lean out and cut up and gain. I will let you know the progress!

Also, any advice or workout routines I should use, meaning anything specific?

I ran the One about 2 weeks ago to gain strength and size, in which I did both and lost about 4% BF
While I wouldn't suggest wasting The One to cut up and lean out, I suppose it would work.
