Why- To see if spot reduction really works, currently I'm 6'0" and at 18% bodyfat, I that it would be beneficial for me..as well as see if the challenge will work with me being at 18% body fat, mostly in the ab region.
Logs- This will be my first one
 
to all testers :

one application is 6-7 sprays, rub in and let dry, completely wash hands !!!!!! do not take internally, do not use on face or genital areas.

i'm probably looking to dose first thing in the morning(8-9am ), then post workout(after shower) which is later on in the evening (between 4pm-7pm)
how does that time frame sound.
What about the rest of you guys, how do you see your dosing going?

btw i've been gone for the past few days but ill be check my mail bright and early in the am, hopefully the the mailman left me a present.
 
My girlfriend (PumpkinZombie) will be starting her log Fri/Sat. so i can show her exactly how to start a thread, update and we're going to do measurements. I will most likely be starting a log around then too.
Sorry about the wait but she is excited and hopes its as solid as it is supposed to be.

I did about the same as you, I shower twice a day and always put it on after a shower, worked well. You should see how well it works on calves, wow even a few days makes them uber ripped LOL
 
I work out around 7am up at 530 am . .What would you recommend for dosage times ?

I havent received it as of yet but guessing from reading the posts any day now

i hope so too, as far as dosing i'm guessing one in the early am postWO then later on in the afternoon.

And too BBS, where should we post the links to our logs, Here?
 
product arrived (Thanks) and I couldn’t wait until morning : ). SO I showered and applied

Liposolv first impressions:

Dries REALLY FAST, by the time I washed my hands it had dried
no residue,
no odor after applying ,
I got a little whitening of the skin in spots about 20 min after applying.
slight warming sensation
no skin irritations.


Question should you shake bottle before spraying ? I did but wasnt sure

did the whitening go away and aprox how long did it take?

It did go away, I do not know excatly when but I checked around 40 min after dose and it was there and again at 1.5 is when I noticed it gone. so somewhere between 40- 1.5

I will pay more attention to time tomorrow
