eh, save your money. it tastes amazing, but id just go with All The Whey's protein from nutra. its pretty cheap. if you want the fat content you can add olive oil (which also helps boost testosterone) and if u want carbs, put some uncooked cold rolled oatmeal (its like a dollar for a big container) oatmeal in a coffee grinder and turn it into a powder. then you can just mix either or both with the protein. then u can have a meal. i like to mix oatmeal and protein post workout, feel like it helps me recover better.
