Quick ph question

Just wondering if I am on the right track. im starting 30mg per day of epi just want to know should I take my 1st cap soon as I wake up and wait at least an hour or so before I take my A.M caps of cycle assist so the milk thistle doesn't absorb the epi, or should I do it the other way around? Thanks
