Punthra's Microdrol Iron Destruction

Thanks for the support gentlemen.

I feel like I owe you a curtsy

Workout B

Close Grip Pulldowns 315x7 / x3 / x1

Barbell Rows 290x6 & 215x20 (I'm getting rid of this exercise for t-bar rows as i've never really got much from this exercise unless it's high reps)

Cambered Preacher Curls 120x7 / x3 / x1 (hell yeah, finally busted that short plateau)

Reverse Grip One Arm Cable Curls 45x20

Notes:
- i hate barbell rows and i'm never doing them again! I just can't get good activation unless it's my widowmaker
- biceps workout was absolutely amazing
- enjoyed getting looked at like a weirdo for doing 120lb dumbbell hang for my back....it feels so good but damn do you ever look like an odd ball
- lower back pump was definitely annoying

Taurine it up brotha. That was the only thing keeping me from being stiff as a board on Super.

ya, i'm going in to buy some tomorrow. I love the rest of the muscle tightness but that pump can be a bit annoying.

They stretch the living hell out of your lats!

im interested in the style of training you are doing here. does finishing with a 1 rep set still give you the same as using a higher rep pyramid style?

Depending on rep range, heres an example: Close Grip Pulldowns 7 reps....15 breaths .....3reps or as many as i can get.....15 breaths .....1 or more reps if i'm lucky....last rep is usually a held contraction and then a couple of half reps to fry the muscle. Perhaps head to intensemuscle.com if you want to learn more as it's kind of complicated to explain and i'm still learning myself. All i know is that it's definitely starting to work.

I like the idea of the half reps at the end of the rp set. I'll have to incorporate those.

Day 8

I have definitely noticed an increase in libido and easy irritability but nothing noteworthy. Muscles seem harder, and more defined. The weekend was my off days, so i have nothing to report training wise. I have no sides effects to report other than the back pump i was complaining about earlier (which is gone now that i bought some taurine). Will be in to train legs later on today.

What are you dosing the Taurine at?

I've just been taking a teaspoon dose. That's what was recommended.

It makes me a little jittery but i definitely don't have the cramping and my energy has been up as well.

Taurine is good stuff. Keep the good work man. Excited to see how much you jump up in weight tomorrow!

Remember you can mega-dose the taurine. I sometimes take quite a bit.

Workout C

Front Squats 305x6 (Definite improvement in core strength) 165x20

Seated Leg Curls 225x10 / x4 / x2

Seated Calf Raises 125x10

Notes:
- definitely starting to notice an increase in strength, just when i thought i couldn't get another rep i'd bang it out anyways!
- feel really good and no sides of note

Glad to hear everything is going well :)

Damn son. You're front squats make my back squats seem pansy.

I like front squats way more than back squats due to less pressure on the spine. No doms today in my legs, which is surprising considering my hamstrings were tight as can be last night. Libido is definitely through the roof right now! I'm going to continue my dosing at 10mg a day as i feel that i'm getting the results i want and I usually respond well to low dose PH's.

Great log, smart dosing!

Isn't a low dose of the UTT the equivalent to a moderate dose of tabs because of the difference in absorption and utilization of the hormone?

That's what i've heard....I'm definitely getting the strength and size effects but without sides. Perhaps it's due to not having to take so many pills? Been quite happy with the results so far though. Can't wait to get in to smash chest / shoulders / tris today!!!!

Sorry I cant remember Punthra, but have you taken Super before?

Nope, i've ran M1T, Mdien, 1AD / 4ad Stack (ergopharm). So it's been quite a long time since i've ran anything. Closest i've come in the last few years is novedex XT and Anadraulic State. I made amazing gains when i took M1T with no sides to speak of. But i also never went any higher than 20mgs. I'm going to keep my Microdrol dosing low as well because i want the gains but i also want my health.

good plan. My own health is really starting to come into consideration for my cycles these days... I didn't really give a sh*t at first about my health as far as the sides go, but after a few cycles I realize it really is a big deal and getting through a cycle with as few sides as possible is key.

Workout A

Incline Hammer Strength Presses 405x7 / x3 / x1 (I keep climbing)

Upright Rows 175x10 / x5 / x3

Incline Skullcrushers 140x12 / x5 / x3

Notes:
-pumps were absolutely amazing today
- my buddy who owns the gym i work out at stated that i'm looking a little larger in the upper shoulder girdle, and my arms looked beefier (NO HOMO)
-

Thats a 10lb increase on the hammer incline right?

hell yeah, my strength really seems to be ramping up now. Quite impressed with the gains in strength as they seem to coming on a lot quicker than i expected. When i first step in the gym i'm usually expecting to only go up a few reps but as i warm up the weights seem to be moving alot easier than expected. The thing i was most impressed with during that last workout was my skullcrushers, i've never seemed to do well with high reps but i'm definitely enjoying the change.

Also, I'm removing upright rows from my workouts due feeling a little rotator pain after todays workout. I've had issues with upright rows before so i think i'll take a break from them for a while. Any suggestions on a replacement shoulder exercise? I was thinking dumbbell laterals but what kind of rep scheme would i use? Or should i stick with barbell military presses? Any answers from the DC experienced would be appreciated!

Are you doing traditional DC? I have been doing Highest incline db press, front smith press and ez upright rows. It's been going well but Im in the same boat as you except its not my shoulder its my wrist that wont allow me to do uprights anymore. So I too was thinking of switching it out with Db laterals ss with bentover laterals. I would aim for a 16-20 rep range. Get those babies pumped!! IMO Im not hitting the rear delts enough with DC...traps too. Really glad things are taken off now!!

Never done DC training, but upright rows can only be done by a few people. Seated DB press is a good substitute, and bent over reverse DB flys with light weight can help too and of course ya gotta do bent over single arm DB rows fairly heavy, save yer joints.

I'm doing an advanced DC training program.....but i'm trying to stick to traditional DC exercises. I'd love to do DB laterals but if the program doesn't call for it then i won't do it. Definitely might keep push press in mind, now that my legs are starting to heal quickly again. Thanks for the suggestions. Keep em coming as i have until monday to decide.

There's also the iso shoulder press.

Are you getting sick pumps and lactic acid? or Did the taurine help with that. I notice that i can move the weight but damn its a sick pump. My weights are hurin compared to yours but lets get a workout in punny.

I'm still getting sick pumps but at least my back isn't cramping anymore....taurine solved that. I'm back in the gym tomorrow for back and biceps....Definitely should be a good one. Do you want to give DC a shot tomorrow?

sounds good....Can't wait to hit it up tomorrow! Perhaps get my fat butt on a scale, maybe snap some pics and some vids!

I'm kidding about the fat crap....lol!

Some vids would be awesome!

We'll see what happens. I almost want to repeat some of the exercises from the old vids and rock the **** out of them just to show the improvements.

I do BB military/ upright rows (straight bar... IDK how you guys use the Ez bar and not wreck yourselves)/ hammerstrength shoulder press for my three shoulder exercises.

Try DB press instead of the upright rows maybe? Something you can hit in the higher rep range than your other two exercises?

What do you mean about ez bar uprights wrecking ourselves?

I don't do ez bar upright rows...I've always done wide grip olympic bar upright rows, pulling to my nipple so that i get a tight contraction in my medial delt.

Agreed ez bar is bad for elbows, Ill never use one again, seated dumbell presses are the way to go, easy on the shoulders, for me anyway.

You guys got it all wrong what punthra needs to do is use the pink weights and tie them to your biceps while stretching your hamstrings in the squat rack.

Good stuff bro, enjoying the log.

Just my view on ezee bars, i dont use them because i think they weaken your wrists, and twist the ligaments and joints on most exercises, eventualy leading to injury, or damage.
