Just a quick question when I have finished my cycle should I start PCT assist straight away with the nolva or start the nolva straight away then 2 weeks later start the PCT assist? Thanks

there is no right answer for this question. some like to introduce a AI right away and some (like myself) like to start AI's only after a SERM is done being taken. personally, I'm more concerned with my estro levels after my SERM administration when theres nothing to stop estro from doing damage. if I'm taking a SERM, estro can not occupy the receptor so theres no need to lower it at that time.
