NSAID's and The One

I ordered the BOGO The One/2nd Gear and just reread the "contradicted supps/meds" list for dosing and noticed NSAID's are on the list. How detrimental would aspirin be on a day to day basis? Threshold dose that will affect gains? Or was that warning just "don't take a gram of ibuprofen a day"? Thanks for the clarification.

ONE aspirin a day would be ok (a gram of ibuprofen daily would NOT).
