Anabolicpump and bulking?

Ok i have a few bottles laying around of this stuff but, ive never used them due to the fact i heard it was used best when dieting to get rid of bf. My metabolism is crazy i gotta keep my calories around 4000k and protein no lower than 250 to maintain current weight. Im already on week two of the powerfull and was wondern if im gonna benefit (as in weight gain) if i started to use the AP with the powerful. I dont care to much about bf% mines stays around 8%-10% regaurdless of the amount of macros.

I actually recommend this to every individual that is having issues gaining weight. This is the main point here - You can take in as many calories as you want, this really is not the issue. The issue is the amount of calories (proteins, fats and carbohydrate) that your body can utilize.

With Anabolic-Pump, in combination with your choice of high quality weight gainer powder (for example), your body can store and utilize MUCH more of the nutrients you take in. Rather than normal 'going in one end, out the other' effect, you will see a positive glycogen feeding (MGU - Muscular Glucose Uptake). This will become apparent when you FINALLY being to put on muscular size and FINALLY being to utilize these nutrients you have been shoveling in your mouth.

This increase in MGU alone helps counteract a 'short' gastrointestinal tract and a leading thyroid; common components of the ectomorphic somatotypes.

Additionally - With Anabolic-Pump, you may see a slight increase in the urge to consume carbohydrate. Poor hunger (high carbohydrate tolerance) is ofter the 'achilles heel' of the ectomorph.

If you are not familiar with the term ectomorph - Ectomorphic individuals are typically 'built' for endurance type exercise. Typically will naturally have thin builds with skinny limbs.

I typically recommend an average of 25% protein, 55% carbohydrate and 20% fat in the diets of ectomorphic individuals, as a starting point of course. Add Anabolic-Pump 20 minutes prior to up to 3 meals per day.
 
i just gotta say

i think taking AP or a nutrient partitioner 30min before the end of your workout is absolutly amazing feeling

especially when it comes down to PWO meal.

This has me excited started today with just 1 tab pwo. 2marrow im gonna start the 3 a days. Thanks man. Oh almost forgot should i use both bottle or take break in between and i plan on taking 7 days a week is this a prob?

No problem running two bottles in a row.
 
Many people are having great success running AP straight for 12-14 weeks, I know I ran three bottles in a row and the results kept improving the longer I took it. Granted, I took a long break after that though to give my body a rest.

noob question here...

are you suppose to stack AP with the P-Slin? or thats a cycle on their own.
 
You can use both together though I would do 2 AP and 1 P-Slin dose a day before you throw in the extra AP for a total of 3. Use your P-Slin for pre-workout meal and then AP for the rest of your carb containing meals. I know Snagency has an AP/P-Slin protocal that he uses similar to this, might want to look for some of his logs.

I have 2 boxs of the p-slin but i think im gonna hold on to it for my next cycle so i get the most out both boxs.
