If it's causing lethargy then stick with using only 3 caps for the duration of your cycle and dose 2 caps first thing and then another cap at ~1pm. You may also want to start using a preworkout product/stimulant if you are not already.

Its not really a big issue, bc I am off this week.. so i take 2caps at 8am, go train and come home and take the other 2caps around 3-4pm.... the cycle is done saturday
