3-ad dosing help pleeeease

I workout at 7-8 in the morning. I am taking 4 a day of the 3ad. I wake up at 6am, should I take my first dose at 6 with breakfast or should I wait until the 2nd meal of the day (post workout)
 
Since 3-AD should be dosed with fat containing meals, and ideally a slower-digesting fatty meal shouldn't be eaten either first thing in the morning or pre-workout, I'd opt to take it with meal 2. For your first meal, keep it simple - something that's quick digesting like a whey shake and simple carbs. Hit the plates then come back and enjoy some steak, egg, and 3-AD action for recovery and longer-lasting fuel.

Yep, pop 2 caps with the meal T-AD mentioned, then the 2nd dose somewhere around 8 hours later with a meal containing quality fats.
 
I changed my workout time to 1pm instead of early in the day. Does it matter how I dose 3ad? I heard two ways, a 2/2 and a 1/2/1... is one better than the other?
 
If you were dosing 2 caps with your mid-morning meal (as mentioned before) and 2 again with the traditional dinner, then no. You're good to go!!

The idea is to take it with fat-containing meals. In an ideal bb'er scenario, these meals are timed and relatively infrequent because they digest slower. Dosing it 2-2 puts you with 2 slower meals during the day, which should be just about perfect for ya.
 
Is 3-ad more effective as a pre-workout or an after workout? I am looking to gain both strength and size out of this cycle. I also work out very early in the AM and feel like the supps pre-workout work best. Thoughts?
 
Another question. I am getting ready to run the Mass FX and 3-AD stack with no-shotgun as my pre-workout. I have Lean FX and Advanced PCT to take after the cycle but was curious if I should also look to get some sort of creatine to add into my stack to assist in size and strength gains?
