Anyone big True Blood Fans?

I watched every episode of the first 2 seasons, but havent had time to see what all has happened. Last I knew of was when he was going into punishment for saving a human over a vampire.

there is one season out and the second season is almost done. so you only saw the first one.

I'm a huge fan of the show the 2nd season is ridiculously good i out it up there with dexter if anyone watches that show.
 
Yea, I always watch the show with my gf and its really a good show. Its plenty gory and sexual enough for a guy to enjoy it. This second season is really amazing though, the writers took some good libertys and deviated in a good way from the books storylines.
Dexter does also kick ass but I have not been up to date on those episodes.
 
Just finished up the first season last night. Awesome show. Truly one of my favorites along side Heroes.
 
If you thought season 1 was awesome, wait till you get into season 2. The writing is a lot better, the storylines are way cooler, Sookie has lots of nudity in the first episode, etc etc.

I was iffy on the show at the beginning of season 1 but it grew on me and got better and better as it went along. It's now on my list of shows I'm addicted to, along with Lost, 24, Dexter, and Supernatural (which is the biggest surprise of all... if you've never watched Supernatural and thought it might be kind of lame because it airs on the CW, you definitely need to check it out... good gore, great overarching storyline, awesome classic rock soundtrack, and it's about to start its 5th season this fall).
 
Me and the wife love True Blood and most of the Showtime/HBO shows (Most).
 
Supernatural is on the top of my list. I don't get premium cable anymore, but I did like True Blood a whole lot.

I just don't watch TV as often as I used to.

Even though this week's episode was only 45 minutes (wtf!), it kicked all kinds of ass. Loved Jason going all Bruce Campbell with the chain saw and nail gun, and the fake god performance (bull****! the god has horns!). The episode was like a cross between The Exorcist, Night of the Living Dead, and Evil Dead. 2 more episodes to go this season though... then we'll likely have to wait till next summer for the next episode :(

Good thing the fall TV season will be be there to keep me occupied...
Supernatural and Dexter will keep me happy, followed by Lost and 24 in the winter/spring.
 
yeah it's going to suck having to wait until next summer. But thankfully I have my Sons of Anarchy to keep occupied this fall!

This season (and the show in general) is effing awesome...but Godric truly sucked. He looked like such a badass in the viking flashback when he made Eric but he wound up being an effeminate abercrombie reject that caused nothing but trouble and delivered no humor no action and no pimp-ness.

Oh, and btw...I'm gonna be Eric for Halloween this year! I'm 6' 7" and blonde so it should be pretty sweet. Gonna do the racer-back black wifebeater, slick my hair back, pale makeup, red under the eyes, fangs, the whole 9 yards. Will most definitely post pics.
 
Love the show. Now that Battlestar Galactica is finished, True Blood is my favorite of currently playing shows.

I knew Maryann (Michelle Forbes) was evil right from the beginning - because she was Helena Cain on BSG...where ironically she also had lesbian scenes...

This new girl I just started seeing doesn't own a tv. She's now hooked on True Blood and we've watched all of season 1 and a couple episodes of 2 in just a few days. Until I watched them with her, I didn't realize the number of soft core porn scenes in practically every episode, and she seems to like them too :)
