Day 15 (8/9)

Weight: 188 in the morning - 191.5 post workout and post workout shake :)

Workout - Chest/Triceps

Diet: 2800

Body composition and Look: Look fuller.....slightly leaner in arms.

Muscle Hardness: Wow! During and post workout, my upper body was rock solid. Like my triceps literally felt like flesh covered stones :)

Vascularity: About as good as I can get at this bf%

Strength: Most definitely UP. A good 5-6% on bench press over last workout for sure and even better on incline DB press....I dominate the weights! Reps were good, but I added more weight and was able to really push the weight well.

Mood/Aggression: Very, very focuses in the weight room. Had the MP3 player in and I know I had a few muffled grunts...but I didn't care what people thought of me.

Libido: Also up the past 2 days. In fact it was so high that I was watching the Golden Girls during breakfast and got a little turned on by Blanche and "Ma".

Joints: Nothing out of the ordinary - feel fine

Overall Feeling: Awesome!

Notes: You know how there are those certain workouts where everything just clicks? Mind, body, energy is all in focus. Ya, I felt like an abosolute machine (by my standards anyway) while lifting. The other thing is that I honestly never felt out of breath...or if I did I was back to normal in about 15-20 seconds. The pump afterwords was pretty friggin' awesome as well. Lats, chest, and arms all were very full. Best day to date on M1D Black.

Can I buy 10-12 more days of this stuff by Thursday!?? - LOL :) - Maybe it's like a lot of supps I've taken in the past where it really starts to kick in around day 10-14...who knows?

Day 16 (8/10)

Weight: 187.5 in the morning - 191 post workout and post workout shake :)

Workout - Back/Biceps

Diet: 2800

Body composition and Look: Look bigger in the upper body

Muscle Hardness: Great pumps during workout! Very hard and thick feeling.

Vascularity: About as good as I can get at this bf%

Strength: Oh ya, it's measureable on all major lifts. Going from 120 to 130 on my modified T-Bar. 10lbs doesn't sound like much but that's about 8% gain from previous week....now that's nothing to scoff at.

Mood/Aggression: Started off tired just b/c of a busy day and I had to force myself to workout. However after 2-3 sets I had great focus again and was very determined.

Libido: I think it's kicking in or maybe I'm just feeling more confident. But I think it's much higher for sure

Joints: INTERESTING NOTE: Joints actually feel great. I know this isn't supposed to help joints but I don't find that my creaky shoulder is as bad as sometimes. My theory is that my muscles are more intune and stronger and therefore handle the load better. I'm probably talking out of my arse but when lifting I just feel like my muscles take the force and my joints dont' have to.

Overall Feeling: Awesome again!

Notes: Not looking forward to legs tonight. I don't know why I hate then so much, but probably b/c I'm very weak with legs and it is so taxing overall that it makes me winded...lol. But it's always one of those hate to love and love to hate deals..ha! Tonight will be a great test to see if it really improved my recovery and cardio between sets.

Day 18 (8/12)

Weight: 187.5 in the morning again

Workout - Legs/Shoulders

Diet: 2800

Body composition and Look: It's very hard to tell if my legs look different since I always wear jeans that are baggy-ish. HSoulders feel bigger though.

Muscle Hardness: Muscles again are very hard, full, and pumped during workout!

Vascularity: About as good as I can get at this bf%

Strength: Squats weren't quite what I wanted but I did get about 5% gain, which again is pretty good. Shoulders were stronger. Endurance is WAAAYY up. I can't believe the recovery time between sets. My cardio and muscles recover in literally 20 seconds.

Mood/Aggression: Good mood during the day. Aggressive, but controlled during workout.

Libido: It's up. I got slightly excited by Aunt Jimina's syrup bottle this morning.

Joints: Feel fine except shoulder feels alittle worse. Probably just a little dried out and need more fluid and/or fish oil as I forget to take enough sometimes.

Overall Feeling: Definitely enjoying the M1D Black!

Notes: 2 things to touch on this time. #1 - Recovery between sets. As I mentioned earlier, it is VERY impressive. Endurance and recovery are huge right now especially on squats and deads and such where your whole body and cardio system take a hit. #2 - DOMS.....what is DOMS you ask? If you ask my body it wouldn't have a clue what you are talking about :) My "normal" recovery time seems to be ideally around 5-6 days. On M1D Black I honestly feel ready to go with the same body part after 3 days.
 
Starting and Ending pictures posted. I'm trying to get them a little smaller and get them side by side for comparison's sake. I will work on that later, but I'm at work now ;).

Anyway, I don't know if there is much difference by the pictures. I do feel like my lats, shoulders and arms are a little fuller, especially on the double-bicep pictures.

I also feel like the pictures don't necessarily do it justice. I don't think I'm a good poser :)
 
PCT will be ~3 weeks of Formadrol Extreme
Week1 - 3 per day
Week2 - 2 per day
Week3 - 1 per day


Also have been throwing in some RPM, creatine, and beta-alanine to help keep gains.
 
Summary and Final Thoughts

Weight: 188.5 = +4 pounds

Body composition and Look: Maybe the pictures don't show it that much, but I really do feel that I got some mass and some muscle. I think my lats, upper chest, and upper arms look larger.

Muscle Hardness: Big Time! My muscles were much harder at the end of this cycle than at the beginning. There were points where they would be rock hard during workout.

Vascularity: Maybe a little difference. At my BodyFat% though it's not like I'm trying to look like I'm ready for a BB show, but vascularity is always nice.

Strength: Up between 5-10% for all major lifts. Which in 3 weeks is no joke! You will gain strength and feel stronger.

Mood/Aggression: Mood was awesome on this stuff. I felt very confident and alpha-maleish, but not overly aggressive or angry.

Libido: Started out going low, stabalized to normal, then blew up around day 14 or so :)

Joints: No problem at all, in fact I almost felt better. It's like my muscles were more cooridnated and worked together to take pressure off my joints when I was lifting.

Biggest Positives of this cycle: - There were a lot of good things, but I wanted to point on the highlights for me
Mood and attitude was awesome! - I loved to workout while on this and I felt socially more confident and more like a leader.

Recovery/Cardio between sets was insane! - Towards the end I felt like I could recovery in literally 20 seconds. Even with a heavy set of squats or something that usually takes my breath away. There were times I'd do a super-set of 3-4 exercises and feel OK yet.

Recovery/DOMS between workouts was improved. I normally feel like 5 days is about perfect for recovery for me if I lift a muscle group really heavy. I felt ready after 3 days while on M1D Black though.

Stength/hardness while lifting was great! - I could really feel my muscles working together and really pulling/pushing with a lot of force and strength. Some pumps while lifting were crazy! I wish I looked that pumped all the time.

Biggest Negatives of this cycle:
Libido was slightly down at the beginning...no huge deal though

No crazy "10 pounds in 3 weeks" type of gains that some products claim - but maybe with more food you could reach this?

I clinched my jaw a lot during the cycle...lol. No idea if it's related but my only explanation is that I was a little more on edge and anxious...lol.

Honestly....can't think of much else.


Would I recommend this to a friend?:
Yes. For someone looking to get into the PH market (or even experience users) I think this is a wonderful product. I noticed no negative sides as far as bacne, shrinking testicles, hair loss, gyno, etc. All of the positives were GREAT and well worth it. As long as your expectations are reasonable and you stick with your workout and diet, you WILL see great gains on this stuff and you WILL feel Awesome while you are making these gains!

Great review! I especially like to hear that about your mood. So many OTC hormones seem to make me emotional and frumpy feeling (Epi, SD, a few others). It's good to know this stuff does the opposite! Maybe it can be stacked with one of those to combat the negative attitude.

Isn't M1D's target hormone testosterone? I thought that's what the old M1D MMV2 ads said.

If so, it makes sense that the overall feeling is good.
 
MMV2 is a stanolone precursor, but M1D is a DHEA derivative, so yes it's similar to Test conversion I think, but don't quote me on that. LegalGear would be the one to ask.
