Panthera Primal Test

I recently bought a bottle of this stuff, the ingredient profile looks rock solid but i can't find sufficient reviews on the stuff...has anyone tried it? i'm planning on using it as part of a pct and i e-mailed the company and they said it would work for a pct ( of course they did) and was wondering what people think of it or if the ingredients yield it to be a successful part of a pct

5'5" 138lbs,.... how about you lift and eat better before you take PH's....:sick:

yeah and if eating 5 times a day not including 2 or 3 protein shakes at around 40g's doesn't put weight on then what?

what are u coming off of?.....without going back and looking again i think it contains 60x0 and a TON of stuff for free test and libo....if u are coming off of sumthing light and it wasnt a log cycle it would help

i was going to try this, but a guy on another forum told me he used it and thought it was a dud. interested in how it works for you, log it.

i didn't even start the cycle, i'm gonna run h-drol, the only ph i've ever used was LG sciences trifecta stack and i actually lost 3 lbs while i was on it, and since then i've been trying ot eat as much as possible but i don't see a difference in the scale, just a difference in my stomach in the mirror even tho i eat chicken breast, tuna with some vinegar and only weat pasta and breads......but hdrol is supposed to be mild, i just refuse to start a cycle of anything until i have everything that goes along with it, primal test was at the right price so i figured i'd try it and then couldn't find a decent review about the stuff

Thanks bro, just got over all the drama that kept me from training this summer and now I'm back :18:

But hey YG, you need more food in your diet man.
For starters give us your height and weight and we should be able to give you a basic meal man set up.

i'm 5'5 about 135-138lbs, i won't grow height wise, been the same since i was 14 lol and now i'm 25, and i've weighted the same for like 6 or 7 months i'd say

Haha about same height as me man.
But say you weight 140 just to round it.
Aim for around 250g protein a day, for starters aim for about 300g carbs and work your way up as you see fit, and about 50-60g fat. That should be about 2,875 cals. If your not gaining up your carbs about 50g, still not getting good enough then up the fat about 10g, you just have to keep progressing until' you see the gains you want and when those stop don't think about h-drol etc. first, just keep upping those cals and adjust the protein as your weight goes up (around 2g per lbm).

As for supps whey is great, glutamine, creatine as far as muscle building.
Also digestive enzymes, then chromium/ala/vanadyl is great for carbs.
And then a good multi and Vit C (time release I prefer) at about 3g a day.

Hope all this helps (anyone chime in if I did something wrong or to add in).

i do have a small problem, it was worse when i was in middle school but it sometimes affects me now, in middle school i couldn't eat lunch, i felt sick whenever lunchtime came around, i still get that from time to time when i eat a lot and every so often even vomit from drinking protein, any suggestions? it's hard to me to eat more than i do and sometimes even eating what i already do makes me feel sick, i was always a chubby kid probably from lack of excercise after little league and soccer ended more than over eating, so i lost weight when i started working out and now i can't seem to put it back on

Well shake wise, just don't drink them unless needed (post workout, on the go and/or morning). As for food.. I don't get the problem there, either you just have to man up and it eat lol or try an appetite stimulator perhaps. I really don't know why you would have those issues, I've never heard of that happening haha.

Also you should be switching up your foods, what you said that you eat isn't good for your goals.

Protein wise eat- chicken breast, lean lunch meat, egg whites, vennasin, tuna, salmon, sirloin steak etc.
Carbs- oats, whole grain bread, bran flakes, brown rice, whole wheat spaghetti, potatoes etc.
Fats- natty pb, fish oil etc. (others chime in here as I don't do much fats as most of you know)

what u listed is pretty much what i eat, except for vennasin(never really tried it), i love salmon but never actually cooked it myself, usually only eat it when i take females out so i don't eat crap, and i take between 4 and 6g's of fish oil, not sure exactly how much the fish oil is that i have i think it's 1g or mg whatever, don't usually eat to much pb either, i don't know what the deal is either, never really asked a dr about it, then again after graduating college it was tough to find a job so i didnt' have benefits to go to the dr's, now i do just haven't gotten around to going

drink musclemilk like there's no tomorrow...subst everyone of those bars you eat for whole foods or weightgainer shakes, mix 'em in whole milk, and a scoop peanut butter...

do that for month and check back.

It sounds to me like your body is toxic and you are in serious need of a detox. If your body cannot tolerate food its due to poor digestion and elimination. Some call it chrons, some call it being out of shape but bieng that humans are 70% water the toxicity of said water can affect or benefit most aspects of health.

Simply put your body isnt interested in gaining muscle cause it has far greater tasks to accomplish like ... survival. A PH right now would yeild unavoidable gains in the short term.... but as the diet and toxicity issues persist you will inevitably likey get extreme sickness and potentially cancer or continue to struggle with life.

I have these "talks" with people alot when we reach a point in our lives when we simply cannot continue to go on like this and repeat what we have always done... that got you to here.

I can bet you get gassy more lately, decreased sex drive, skin problems, chronic fatigue, low muscle tone, softer muscles, difficulty healing from workouts (doms for almost a week), inconsistent bowel movements, dark urine, potential for hairloss, severe cravings for sugar somtimes even after eating a full meal.... and many you already mentioned.

If not i will shut up.

I wonder if the diet is out? Go for low GI carbs for a start. Oats to start the day is good stuff and cheap.

If you want calories nuts are the way to go. Almonds, walnuts and brazil nuts are the best. Very high in energy, good protein not so cheap.

I'm not sure if protein bars are value for money. In the UK 2 top end protein bars = 1 kg chicken price wise. 1 kg of chicken per day would do the trick if you can stomach it.

Without going on a nutrition talk, I'd look at the diet again, it seems too loaded on sugary snacks. Small meals across the day and cut out the sugar unless you want an insulin spike post work out.

Obviously there's something else going on, but I'm not sure what.

Hope it helps a bit. Good luck!

Yeah I'm not sure on your problem, just try to stuff that food down as much as you can and make sure you atleast get over your maintenance cals.
