P-mag and X-Tren stack

I am starting my cycle of X-TRen and P-Mag. The dosage of P-Mag says to take 50 mg a day. Should I take the 50 mg all at once or space them out through the day, such as 25 mg now and 25 mg hours later? Any help would be great. I am 6'4, 230 lbs. Thanks guys
 
I ALWAYS space them through out the day.
I get spikes in body temp and blood pressure if I dose too much at one time.

split them up by 8-10 hrs ,but just make sure you space the Cycle Assist or whatever supporting supp you choose and the PH by 4 hrs
 
Thanks for all the info. I am using the Cycle assist and spacing out my dosages of the P-Mag and Cycle Assist. Now when I begin taking the X-Tren in a couple of weeks, how can you space out the P-Mag and X-Tren or can you take them both together since you have to space out at least 4 hours from the Cycle Assist? I may sound like an idiot but I want to get it right. Thanks for all of your help. CEL has been supportive and full of info. Thanks guys
 
You shouldn't have a problem taking them together.
Take with food if you have a sensitive stomach. Some PH's give me heartburn :(

me too:sigh1: I always have Prilosec or Nexium on standby for cycles now.
My insurance JUST stopped paying for Nexium though last month and it is 180 dollars for a months' supply
