Just wanted to drop a quick line up here for all to see about the OUTSTANDING customer service from Jared at PP. I ordered a bottle of Sustain Alpha during the moving sale and had it shipped to my home, just like I do with everything I order from anywhere. Well, the USPS for some odd reason determined it was an invalid address, and returned it to sender. Not long after, I got a voice mail form Jared telling me he wanted to make it right, and they did, even though it was not their fault, Very impressed guys, not many companies go the distance anymore, especially on a discounted product. Thanks you!!
