Hi, I'm a 16 year old. I know us teenagers eat our share of junk food and sometimes never eat at all which is bad. For me, I've eliminated junk food (chips, candy,etc.) and soda out of my diet. I eat meats, greens, eggs, and fish. If I take a pill for vitamins for like say all 100% does that help with my fitness?
