Okay here are my stats and what not:

Age:22, 23 in November
Height:6'
Weight:170
BF:5%
Note: I have an insane metabolism took me 3 years of lifting w/ protein/creatine to get to 170 from my normal weight of 145
Diet: Always try to get at least 2g protein per lb and usually shoot for 3g per lb. I try to stay 4000 calories min a day and I'm not gunna lie my diets not perfect I do like fastfood now and again and love chinese.
Supplement Experience:Moderate
PH Experience: 2 cycles CEL H-Drol (1-4 week and 1-6 week, 1 H-Drol+EQ-Plex stack (4 week)
Another Note:I do not lift like a body builder I lift solely for a hobby and to kill stress. I do full upper body one day and full lower body the next. I usually workout everyday besides one weekend day. I know many will knock me for this so just ahead of time please don't this is the way I have always done it and the way I like it and it works for me.

Anyway on to what I actually need some help with. I am going to run a cycle of CEL X-Tren that will look like this:
week 1-4:90/90/90/90
zinc
whey shakes
multi vitamin
(no hawthorne beery or cycle assist unless I feel like I need)
PCT: week 5-8: Novedex XT 3/2/2/1/1
HyperTest per label for full 6 weeks
(Possibly CEL PCT Assist at 4/4/4/4)

Also on a note I am going to plan on 4 weeks on the Tren but if things are going good and I like the results may bump up to 6 weeks 90/90/90/90/90/90

So now the questions I'll put the in numerical order to make it easier to note the answers I get.

1. If I did decide to go 6 weeks on the Tren would that be too long?
2. If I did go 6 weeks on Tren would it be beneficial to jump last two weeks to 120?
3. Is it okay to continue my Zinc and Multi Vit. on cycle?
4. Is it okay to run the HyperTest for 6 weeks without tapering off?
5. Would it be okay to run HyperTest 8 weeks and taper last 2 down?
6. Will my PCT be enough with Nov and HT or should I include PCT Assist?
7. How much water do I need per day?(currently getting about 2 gal)

Anyway thats kinda what I have on my mind so any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

1- Yes you could but it would probably be better to run a 6 weekPmag with Xtren stacke dfor 4 weeks IMO
2- You probably wont need to at your weight
3 Yes
4 Not sure why u wantto use Hypertest for 6 weeks ...a 4 week pct would be fine
5- No reason to;)
6-Are you talking about Gaspari Novedex or Nolva (serm)? If you want to use a serm them go w/ Nolva at 20/20/20/10 and PCT Assist at 6/6/6/6
7 2 gallons should be good. You could add some taurine at 2-2.5 g a day during cycle

Thanks a bunch mw1 appreciate the imput. Yes I am talking about Novedex XT by Gaspari I will not use any prescription SERM. So my PCT will look something like this then:

Novedex XT 3/2/2/1
HyperTest 4/4/4/4
PCT Assist 4/4/4/4 (do I need to include this with HyperTest?)

Also will be adding some Taurine on cycle

Oh yeah and on another note I wanted to do the HyperTest for 6 or 8 weeks because I love the way it makes me feel.

Also will be switching my routine to look like this
Mon:chest/shoulders/bis
Tues:back/tris/abs
Wed:legs
Thurs:chest/shoulders/bis
Fri:back/tris/abs
Sat:legs
Sun:rest

I would really consider using the PCT Assist instead of the Hypertest...its a more complete product , however you could throw in the Hypertest at 2/2/2/2

That's a whole lot of working out. Sure you are gonna recover enough for that to be effective?

well normally I do upper body one day and lower body next and only take one day off a week and that has always worked well for me even just on creatine. okay so would the hypertest at 4 a day with the pct assist at 4 a day be overkill then and is the novedex xt gunna be enough to cut the estrogen back?

btw I just want to give a huge shoult out to CEL. YOU GUYS ROCK!! For real IMO you guys make the best products for the price on the market as far as I'm concerned also your reps are super knowledgeable and helpful

Yes, what he said :)
Buy the Taurine too, you won't regret it.

what would you consider warmp up? I usually stretch run on tread for 30 min then jump right in and do 3 sets of 8 reps

also how would u advise a workout out plan please include exercise names for each day and area worked. thanks again for help

Are you joking?!

C'mon man, you can read. Go to the exercise/workout section of the forum and read away. You'll put together a program in no time.

Stretching is good, but 30 min on treadmill before hitting weights will not help if you want to lift heavy. You are taking XTren right? :)

Per MUSCLE GROUP... I do a 15 rep light weight (not too light), 12 rep heavier(not to failure, but tension on muscles), 10 rep (heavier again, but not to failure). Then I take a couple minute rest and hit the heavy weights.
If I move to a different exercise on the same muscle group, I do NOT warmup again.

No time to setup workout plan, but concentrate more on the compound exercises, lift heavy, 4-8 rep range, and no more than 12 sets/muscle group.
