H-Drol, SERM, and AI Questions

Ok I've been researching for a while for a 5-6 week H-Drol Cycle and the question I come to is an AI like Formex, PCT Assist, or Post Cycle Support needed if I were to go the SERM route? Would it be poss to leave the AI out and stick to the SERM at 20,20,10,10,5 or similar?

I dont want to over suppress the E and get a rebound. Is this advisable? I would start the Natty Test booster and Cort control at week 3 like normal.

I am aware that I can forgo the SERM for a H-Drol cycle and go OTC with an AI and be fine, but I'd like to stay on the safe side. Please Let me know what you guys think about forgoing the AI...

You can recover fine from SERM alone. You don't even need a natty test booster in week 3. I would only add it if you take a hit to libido.
 
When dosing a SERM say 20,20,20,20 for a 4week havoc cycle what does the 20 mean exactly. Like 20? Im asking b/c i bought a bottle of liquid nolva and the tube does list the amounts at 1.0 ml, .75ml, .5ml, .25ml. What would the dosage be a day for that?

1ML=20mg of the SERM as long as it is true 20. It should state how many mg there are per ml. I would run it 20/20/10/10 for Havoc.

Thanks the bottle says 20mg/ml 60ml
so that does answer my question. when i got the bottle the labeling through me off a lil.

also should i run an AI after the SERM, I have PCS

PCS would make a great addition to the pct. I would start it in the 2nd or 3rd week of pct at 2 caps in the a.m. and 2 caps in the p.m. and run for a month.:)
