DAY 15: Back/Bi's
Weight change: 209 (+2)
Libido: normal
Strength: 505lb deadlift for 1 rep (PR), bent over bb rows 225x10 reps x2 sets then 245x10reps x1 set
Pumps: bi's were insanely pumped as usual
Side Effects: painful pimples here and there, oily face
congrats on the PR ! As far as gains mentioned by other poster, when building muscle you must feed it to keep it. What is the detailed break down of your macros ?
DAY 17
LOOOONG a$$ day today, wasnt able to get in the gym and im pissed. gonna eat, rest, and hopefully get rid of this lingering cold and hit shoulders hard tomorrow

funny thing is even if i didnt shave they would still look shaved, i have very thin, blonde leg hair lol
What are you taking for pct ??I ordered this product to try it out. I once ran epi and also got sick about the 3rd week i think during prohormones the immune system gets weaker imo. Too bad you couldn't gain weight or maybe you reduce fat which is better. Well muscle is better, but leaner i mean.
