Swithed up my routine to incorporate some suggestions by Met. I left some alone but will maybe change down the road.

I also left out forearms in my workout routine, so I added them. Looking forward to my first DC wourkout today.:duel:

Me too, brother! I can't wait to hit it. Just finished breakfast; waiting for some digestion to take place then I'm going to take some Smash FL and Hemo and head on out. - Did Met help you with the DC as well? He set me up on a nice routine.

Smash FL AND Hemo! Sounds like someone is in for some killer pumps! I will finish out my Hemo this week and wont pick back up until PCT. Epi+PP should give me some good pump.

I absolutely LOVE Epi pumps, and PP just makes you feel incredible, so you're in for a real treat dude.

Sweet! I start the Epi tomorrow after my bloodwork. I say 10mg AM and 20mg around 1 or 2PM. What do you think? My workout will be around 5:30 for this week, but I may switch to an AM workout next week.
 
Take 20mg pre w/o and then take the other 10mg at some other time in the day..just make sure its nicely spaced out. Remind me again when you work out :think:

Yea, that's what I plan on doing. Except on non work out days, I will take 20mg AM and 10mg around 2:00 PM. Thats only for the first week, then the dose increases.

Right now, I am working out in the evening (around 5:00). But eventually I will switch to working out at about 7:00 AM. My diet will be the same either way, but the meals wil be in different order.

Man! I need to get used to eating larger amounts of food! It's only day 1 of introducing carbs during the week and I had a hard time getting my lunch down!

Careful taking your Epi too late...it gives some people sleeping problems...like IC

Yep. That's why I did the 2x/day dosing rather than 3x. It seemed to work well. No issues even when I hit 60mg.
 
I know The one was supposed to have some issues if taken too late but I slept awesome with it and my last dose was about 4:00 PM.
 
60mg Epi is so fun! :mischievous:
 
I have a feeling today's w/o will be a more "learning" one. I have been on a higher rep routine lately so I have no clue where to start.
 
There is definitely a beginning stage for DC...I think the first 2 weeks are just an adjustment period..still you will make some awesome gains in those 2 weeks. Do you have all the stretches down? Do you need me to send pics of them to you?
 
Yea, I printed out all the pics with the descriptions below them. I'm going to post them on the wall in my gym. Thanks though.
 
Good idea..the stretches are weird at first but well worth it! Excited for you bro!
 
I'm running it for 4 weeks. 2 weeks with the Epi and 2 weeks alone.

Edit. On second glance, my dosing was wrong in my OP. Fixed.

Have you thought about switching it? Running the phera first and then the epi would be better imo
 
I would say both stacked for 5 weeks. :)

Epi: 30/30/40/50/50
P-Plex: 20/30/30/40/40

And your right. But as stupid as this sounds, I have a company pool party this weekend and I would like to avoid any initial bloat that the PP could bring on. So I figured I'd start the Epi first, not too big of a deal either way though.

Thats a horrible reason. These are anabolics man. You won't get that much bloat that quickly if your diet and sodium are in check.
 
I know I know, but I'd just rather run the Epi first if nothing else than just personal preference.
 
I've done one cycle of The One. Hence the reason I will probably not combine both for more than 2 weeks.
 
Just got done with my first DC workout! I started with no history of how much weight I needed for 8 reps so this was mainly a feeler workout. But it was still very good :)

Here it is:

The workout was A1.
Chest: BB Bench Press. Final rest pause set= 205 8/4/3. Its been a good while since I went heavy on bench so these numbers are low for me. I hope to make fast progress on this exercise.
Chest Stretch with 50lb DB. Killer stretch!

Shoulders: Powertech Military Press. Final RP set=160 8/4/3 This set felt really good!
Shoulder Stretch: This one is tricky. I think I have it down though.


Tri's: V Bar Pulldown. Final RP set=Setting 8, 8/4/3 My Machine is weighted a little weird. The setting is on 8 but I know it's more than 80lbs. Not really an issue since I just base my progress on how it reads.
Tri Stretch: I have a problem with my right shoulder dislocating and this stretch almost made it pop out. Oh well, I can pop it back in if it does so I'm not too worried.

Back Width: Lat Pulldown. Last RP set was 100 8/8/6. This is the same machine as I do the V Bar Tri pull on so again, not sure about actual weight. But I do know I need to do more weight next time. This was a little to light.
Back Stretch: Didnt use any weight this time but I will next time..

Back Thickness: BB Rows Last set was 160 lbs x 12 on my Powertech Machine. I use the machine becasue BB rows are the only thing that really tweaks my lower back. I will slowly move towards true BB rows.
Back Stretch.

All in all, it was a good intro DC workout. I love the intensity that it requires!

I will begin to report on my cycle related stuff when I begin tomorrow. My bloodwork is scheduled for 10:30 and I will begin my Epi after that. Looking forward to it!

How much weight did you use for triceps stretch?

You are gonna want to move up the weight 5lbs next time on chest and back. Rep range for chest on bb should be 11-15..so since you got 15 you need to move on up! Since you got 22 its time to move up 5 or 10lbs. Tricep pushdowns need to be in the 20-30 rep range. So just stick at that weight until you get to 30 reps. How long did you do your lat stretch for and with what weight? Shoulder presses need to go up 5lbs next time too :)...nice work on your first workout bud! You still have some adjusting to do but it will soon become second nature to you.

I didnt have any weight on the lat stretch. I wanted to make sure I can really feel the stretch first to make sure I am engaging it correctly. I will def add weight next time. I held it for around 60 seconds.

I used 25's for my tri stretch because of my shoulder. I can do more but I wanted to get the positioning right on the first try.

One thing that DC training requires is a clock! So I ordered a sweet UFC clock today:)

haha no prob man. I was fortunate to have some people there to explain it to me. So I feel I must share the wealth! I would def lower the weight on your chest stretches. You want to hold those stretches for 90 seconds, not 60. 60 is okay but 90 is much butter! :smite: Good idea on figuring out the stretch on the lat stretch first! On the tricep stretch, I can see how it would be hurting your shoulder. Try sitting up straighter and dont let your arm go as far back as you can. Just focus on stretching that tricep until your shoulder gets better than work on leaning back more and getting that wrist further down your neck. What exactly is wrong with your shoulder?
 
Well, long story short it dislocates easy! Lol. It has happened so often that I eventually figured out how to pop it back in myself.

But one time I couldn't pop it in for some reason and had to go to the doc. They took like 2 hours to x Ray it and then were like " uhh it's severly dislocated and were not authorized to pop it back in.". Ha ha.

I assume it's one of those things that won't fix itself really and I'll just have to deal wiith it. It's really no big deal at all. Actually today was the first day I noticed it in like 6 months.
 
So I never knew how hard it was to not eat! I have blood tests scheduled for 10:30 and I haven't been able to eat or drink past midnight :(

Oh, I forgot to add that I ordered some E-911 from the LG site a week or so ago. Hopefully it comes in soon! I'm ready to test that stuff out.
 
Well, I just got back from my visit with a new Doc. Got some bloodwork done that includes a full hormonal profile. I just have the results tomorrow or Thursday.

But, today is DAY 1 for Epi! I havent been able to eat until now, so I am having my lunch meal with some extra protein. I will also be dosing 20mg of Epi and 10 more later on in the day. My updates will be a little more organized starting tomorrow.

On a side not, My E-911 came in today and I'm stoked :) I'll dose one after lunch sometime and report my initial thoughts.

Nah, I ran out of RPM so I was thinking I'd try this for some pre workout energy. I really dont know why because I have plenty focus in the gym w/o stims, but GMG's log persuaded me.

Ha! That's funny because Carl Lanore and Aron Singerman did a recent episode of Off Topic radio where they talked about that. Aron smoked and then went and did legs with someone. He said it was KILLER, lol.

I don't partake in the mary jane but if I did, I would try this out for sure.

Dude, eff that! Smoking and then hitting legs was the stupidest thing I have ever done. The pain was so much more intensified. I wanted to kill myself. The girl up front knew I was ripped and was watching me and laughing the whole time.

Met or whoever else, I am about to buy a power rack/cage but I was wondering something. Since I already have a good BB bench station and a Smith Machine, do you think a Power cage would still be useful?

I mean technically I can do BB squats using my bench station but a cage would be easier.
 
For safety reasons it would be better to get a cage. You dont have safety bars by Squatting on a bench.
 
Yea, thats what I'm thinking. Safety first:)

It's only 250 bucks and comes with 185 lbs of weights and a bench. And from the reviews I've read, it's one of the few things that is really good quality made by Weider.
