this is my first time using epistane, not hormones/ph...
with a handful of cycles under my belt, i was skeptical about running epi solo as ive heard a mix of users being "satisfied" with it as a mere recomp and others noting not too much, but at the moment was looking for something low in the body-tax department and suited for a mild cut
currently at 30mgs ed nearing the end of week 2, and a few things to note which leave me very impressed with this compound...usually finish with 315 on flat bb bench for my heavy working sets for 3-6 reps, the other day i did 365 for 2 on my last set...i dont think i could have even pulled out 1 rep on that fresh pre cycle
my last leg day: managed to up my last working set on squats which usually pans to be 315 for 6-8 reps, however, was able to hit 355 for 5 reps
i cant comment on deads as im working through a mild back strain at the moment and my therapist and i reached a compromise and i promised to be smart :damnit:
but i really just needed to put out an abridged review for any of those considering the effectiveness of epi...i know i only speak for myself, but it is quickly becoming my favorite ds, yielding nice, dry mass gains, even as i am cutting on the keto diet while adding some incredible strength gains as well
