How to take arom-X utt

Anybody knows how to take arom-x utt, the AMS website says 2 doses at nite, but the bottle and the little package(I bought the hormone regulator kit) says to splits doses morning and before bed.

Its up to you. Just make sure to take one dose before bed.

thanks, but I wonder why this huge difference, also in one place sas before bedtime and other with last meal...i am still confused. I think splitting it would keep a more stable level of it, just guessing

I would split the dose.. And like quigs said take one dose at bedtime.

thanks, i'll do the splitting, but its weird cause the bottle says 2 doses b4 bed, maybe when taken by itself.

Since I did the Hormone regulation kit, i'll follow the ISO Stak on the back of the box.

By the way, I just finished the 1andro and 4-ad, gained 8 lean lbs, power, and look pretty good, I experienced no side effects at all, maybe a lit lethargy, I guess a higer dose could give even better results, lets see how I do now that i started the arom-x
