It says don't take it within an hour of carbs. But, my question is can I take with say 8oz of chicken breast before bed?, or will having food in your stomach at all decrease the affects? Thanks.

Try and space the protein only meal at least 30 minutes away (60 minutes is optimal) from the PowerFULL dose.

thanks. so it wont affect absorption of powerfull or anything like that?

Any food will effect the gh release, so eat and give it 1-2 hours before taking a dose of powerfull.
