I just order the asteroid stack and cannot wait to start using it. I am going to be doing a lot of Calisthenics and running/swimming, basically military type training, and was wondering what I can expect from this product. Also, my question in regards to ananbolic pump is this: Should i be taking SLOW carbs, like oatmeal 30 minutes after AnabolicPump, or should I eat like white rice and orange juice? I would really appreciate if a rep could let me know about these things. Thanks in advance. BTW, I am 18
