Question about Anabolic Pump/Asteroid Stack...

I just order the asteroid stack and cannot wait to start using it. I am going to be doing a lot of Calisthenics and running/swimming, basically military type training, and was wondering what I can expect from this product. Also, my question in regards to ananbolic pump is this: Should i be taking SLOW carbs, like oatmeal 30 minutes after AnabolicPump, or should I eat like white rice and orange juice? I would really appreciate if a rep could let me know about these things. Thanks in advance. BTW, I am 18

You will love the strength increase you will see with this stack not to mention the endurance increases.

We recommend complete (slow) carbohydrates with anabolic-pump. You can use simpler carbs but try and attain the primary carbohydrates source from complex CHO.
 
explain these carbs to me better give me examples of what i should eat while on ap

Oats
Sweet Potatoes (Yams)
Whole Grain Bagels
White Rice
Brown Rice
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Bran Cereal
Wheat Bran
Oat Bran
Trace Carb Sources (peppers, carrots, other vegetables)
Waxy Maize Starch and Maltodextrin (for simple/complex mixture)

do the AP effects stay in ur body through out the day? for instance, if i take my last dose around 7 pm and eat a meal. then eat another meal around 10 pm without a dose, will AP have an effect on the meal?
 
^^^ Yep. You maintain that higher level of glucose metabolism. Not to mention the increase in Insulin sensitivity among other things...
 
I just started taking ap about a week ago, and am following the directions to a T. I have also nearly memorized the ap manual (very good btw) I take it 25-30 mins before each of my big meals (all three happen to fall before my workout be of my scheduele). Im starting to feel a pump but I think its because im looking for it.

is there a period of time it takes to kick in before all the claims this product makes happen? or am I doing something wrong. I consume at least 80g of carbs following each dose, usually with a 70/30 ratio of complex/simple.

also if anyone could throw me some tips to get the most out of this cycle it would be greatly appreciated.

i never got a pump from AP but my increase in carbs has kept me lean. may even helped lose an inch. just go by the mirror, u should notice some recomp.
 
btw, i wait 10-15 min before my meals. Does that make a difference from waiting 25-30 min?

For some people it does. I used to do 10-15 minutes, but when I switched to 30 minutes, I noticed a difference in how I respond to it. More of a postprandial pump, and I can eat more carbs and still lose fat. If you can stand going hypoglycemic for a few minutes, that when you know it's working.

are u supose to go hypoglycemic temperarily? i dont feel the symptoms regardless of AP or not.

Not necessarily, if I don't eat within like 35-40 minutes after dosing I do. For some it happens more quickly, and for some it doesn't happen. It depends on the person.
 
I have to say im just a little discouraged with the effects im getting compared to all the raving reviews of this product. Ill go another week and see how things are going, and put them up on here. im hoping for the best...

Sorry to hear that. Many people are simply intrigued when they realize that they can consume almost double the carbs, without gaining any body-fat.
