Stomach distress with glycobol...

With out going into much detail, I think u can figure out what I mean... This stuff is tearing me up!!! Has anyone else had this problem. I have used AP and pslin in the past with no issue.
 
my fiance had stomach pains one time while using it...I never experienced anything like that though.

What are you eating with it?

15-20 pre breakfast take it
Then 6 egg whites 4 whole eggs with 4 slices WW toast

Should I take it with the meal?

I have not had that experience have you tried to take some digestive enzymes with it to see if it would help out? Sorry to hear this bro.
 
I have seen a little of this over at bb.com, but it seems to be the exception and not the rule.

Are you taking one or two Glycobol at a time?

I would try the following:
  • Stop taking Glycobol for three to four days
  • Start back after four or five days, but only use one Glycobol at a time for a couple days or so
  • Crowler suggests only taking one a day at first and then slowly upping the number of Glycobols taken per day
  • At this point you can add the second, third, and so forth many different ways (IE 1/1 or two at once and then later add another 1/1/2, etc)

About ten days or so in to taking Glycobol I thought I was having the same experience. In hindsight it was due to Naproxen Na (Aleve). I quit taking that and haven't had any issues. I typically dose two at a time once a day and one at a time twice a day.

This has been going on for a while... Took time off and it went away... Started back up with just 1 premeal and still same problem. Might try with the meal see if that helps.
 
I've taking 2 caps in the am and 2 caps in the pm for about 2 weeks, with no problems. Then, yesterday, it was on. About 12 trips to the library in about 5 hours. Still dosing the same and so far it seems to be over. I really don't think it was related to G-bol.

That's how I am with Yellow Gold. I have to take it closer to my meals. I popped two Glycobols today before lunch and got caught up in my route. Forty-five minutes later I realized that I hadn't eaten yet...still no stomach problems for me today!!!
 
Stomach problems are no where near as bad. Over half way through the bottle and definately better.

Was dosing with meals then went to 1 cap 15 min or so before. Occasionally use 2 when I am having a large carb meal.

Thank you very much for the feedback. It seems dosing is very varied by each user.
