Unable to take Anabolic Pump according to directions...

Without going into a huge amount of detail, I cannot 'wait 3 hours after a meal, then take anabolic pump'. Basically, I would like to know if i could directly take this with my meals like I do prime? Thanks

You do not have to wait 3 hours after a meal just take AP 5-15 minutes before a meal and if you forget to take before take it with a meal.

What? I'm not reading that anywhere on the bottle of Anabolic Pump I have here. It says to take it 3 times a day. Take 15 minutes before a meal.

I would be useless 2.5 hours after an AP, and no food. Frightening thought. Glad you asked.

Haha, no I meant I thought I had to wait 3 hours after my previous meal, then take AP, then wait 15 minutes and eat. i knew iW asn;t supposed to take AP and that not eat. nonetheless, thanks.
