What to do if I get an infection from pinning?

i will be pinning test e 500mg/week. i have sterile syringes and everything is sterile. I read and saw pictures how to inject and pull back. I know the spot could get infected, what do i do then? I dont wana go to the doctor because what am i gonna say? I was injecting test. Any help would be great.

Same in the states - if you really don't want to say anything you could just tell the doctor your friend bet you $10 you wouldn't inject saline water into you. He'll know its bullsh*t tho

Exactly. Doctors save peoples lives from drug overdoses everyday, do you really think they care about an abscess.
