Off to a great start! (mdrol)

Hello everyone!

A little bit ago, I made a post asking for a few tips regarding an mdrol cycle. Most of the people who responded told me that I'd gain more weight just by eating more than any roid would help me.

At first I was pissed off, because I felt like I got a slap in the face. Then I started eating.

I used to aim for 200g of protein a day, hitting the gym around 5 days a week, and my gains were consistent but not huge.

I decided to take myself off of my ADD meds (sucks for work, but it was suppressing my appetite terribly) and now I'm eating like a ****ing horse!

I eat EASILY 300g of protein a day now, aiming for even more. MRI's quick gainer is a huge help to me. Everything I'm consuming is lean, healthy, and I love it. I started taking milk thistle in preparation for my cycle as well.

Anyways, today was my first day. I took my first 10mg caplet this morning with around 16oz of water and immediately hit the gym. Am I supposed to get big results my first day?! Because damn, I was pumped! I already exceeded my normal amount of reps on flat bench by 3, and everything else was certainly more productive.

I feel like a kid again, it's great! I'm so pumped to hit the gym early tomorrow morning, and if I'm up to it, I might just go back for a second session later that day. Should be fun!

So I just wanted to tell everyone on here thanks for the advice. You guys were totally right when you told me that in order to be a hard gainer, I need to force myself to eat more. I didn't think someone of my size could eat 3500 calories a day, but you guys proved me wrong!

First off, good decision on waiting. Second, it's mostly placebo effect, as it's your first dose, but Mdrol is some sick stuff and youll start seeing results quickly. Keep up those calories and hard work and it'll pay off. But more importantly, what's your PCT look like ?


Wait, is 5'11" 145lbs your current stats?? I hope not...

Thanks for the support! Yeah I'm really glad I waited it out and let my body adjust to eating heavier.

And lol that's not accurate. I was about a month ago, give or take the water weight. I'm walking around at 155 - 160, which is still obnoxiously too small if you ask me, but I understand the big controversy regarding smaller people like me taking a serious roid like SD. Just keep in mind that about a year ago when I was a cardio freak, I got down to like 120 or something nasty. It's been a long climb up the hill since I've been lifting and I feel great.

Also, I'm only running the mdrol in a light cycle. Keeping it at 10mg until my results start to fade, then I'll bump it up to 20mg from there on. Also I'm only running a 3 week cycle (less if my body tells me no). Trust me, I'm very concerned about my health and have done my homework when it comes to cycling.
 
Well, 157 is still light for cycling if you ask me. But, as you've started the cycle already...
I would have reccomended a lighter PH like Hdrol, but good luck either way.

As far as PCT, clomid should be good. More experienced guys should jump in with correct dosing.

I think it's possible to feel SD in the first day, at least in getting better pumps. Each time i ran it, i started gaining weight on the first day (weighed more the next day). Got better pumps right off the bat. Noticed my lifts were increasing around day 4. It's good stuff :).

I felt like I had taken some sort of NO supp. It is really potent as I can tell!

I've eaten over 4000 calories today, and loving every bit of it.
 
UPDATE! I gained 4 pounds my first week! No sides at all :) Bumping dosage up to 20mg starting tomorrow.

I'm still eating great, hitting the gym and getting bigger by the day. I've never had definition on my shoulders, but now they're rather broad! I love this stuff! I'm going to be huge for the summer lol. Running out of quick gainer, I'm probably going to get some more tomorrow.
 
Not trying to rain on your parade or anything but honestly at 157 and a good first week of results I wouldn't bump it up to 20mg. As long as your still feeling it at 10mg increasing the dosage in most cases with SD only increases the sides more than the results. Now if you can honestly say all the sudden that 10mg isn't doing anything for you than 20mg might be a good idea.

That was my original plan, but I'm only weighing myself weekly so I'm not quite sure if I should take another dose tonight. I don't want to bust my ass trying to see results daily when I could easily be off a few pounds just by whether I shitted that day or not. Thanks for the advice however! I'll stick with the 10mg for now I guess.
