Cutting - a lil advice

Hi Guys as per my sig ive been leaning out for a long time, trying to get back to the shape i was in 2005 which for me was sick.

Another 30lbs and im there, but even stronger than before!

Ive cut this much AAS/PH free, but id like a little support so can push the last 14 or so lbs faster and harder.

Ideally id like a compound which doesnt give painful back pumps, and doesnt add a ton of water, my joints are a bit bashed too heh.

From experience ONLY can you guys recommend? Dont mean any offence with that but over the years ive seen far too many people recommend a product they havent used.

Im all about the experience and personally how you found it

Leaning out = reducing bodyfat.

Hate the term losing weight as it implies im dropping all manner of tissue ha.

Read some nice things on Epi but hear pumps are bad and gains can be wet.
 
epi wont give you wet gains.....if someone gained anything other than muscle it was cuz their diet sucked...not because of epi....in my experience epi is far superior to hdrol for cutting purposes....it can be rough on the joints though...so make sure you take the proper precautions if you run it....that being said....
steroids dont burn fat...diets do....but you have already got that figured out....it might be fun to throw a cycle in to the mix to spice things up a little...
 
Can't say I know anything about H-drol. I have however used epi twice and was real impressive with strength gains and be able to reduce bodyfat. The only thing is I'm not real sure what all your doing to reduce bodyfat but personally (and everyones different) I took a huge hit in the joint department like Mooch stated. Even with joint supplementation by the end of the epi run I felt as if I almost had sand in my joints.
 
200mgs hyaluronic acid ed....clear that sand paper feeling right up....on the cheap too

edit: and as far as what we are doing to reduce bodyfat....you need to be consuming less calories than your expending.....and do cardio!

Monday: AM (before work) Steady state cardio 20mins / PM (After work) Muay thai 2 hours
Tuesday: Back and Biceps with some core movements + 20mins SS cardio
Wed: Chest and triceps + 30mins SS cardio
Thurs: Legs and shoulders + 20mins SS cardio
Friday - Grappling 1 hour / Submissions 90mins
Saturday - AM Functional training (sledge work, tyre flipping, keg rounds)
Sunday - HIIT sprints, and 1 hour various striking on the bags


So joints may take a beating?

Oh yes sir! Joints will take a pounding. When I ran Epi. my joints where exactly like crf said, "sand paper". Another thing to consider is how your body might react to the Epi. as far as appetite is concerned. (If you are trying to cut you need to get your calories down, as you already know.) When I was on Epi. my stomach was like an open pit. I was CONSTANTLY hungry!
 
mooch is right phs and sd r good during diet they dont burn fat, but will massively help maintain/gain on what u have while u focus on dieitng and cardio. also i ran epi/halo (which was the best cycle ever) and when i added that i ended up doing cardio 2x a day it helps alot!. hey mooch u think epi/halo/tren is over kill?
 
timeout...Im confused, I'm in the same position as Hero, I'm going to do Hdrol/Furaguno but how do I manage my cals?
I know your have to raise them when on cycle and not to do cardio, but if Im cutting on a PH then...:dunno:

oh and Hdrol has been the best in my experience

for me it would be overkill....but your kind of an anomoly jay....youve run some pretty intense cycle....but if it were me id just do epi and tren....thats a pretty bad ass stack right there....

drop a couple hundred below maintenance and go from there....you really have to pay attention to your body....eat lots of good fats and high protein....i use carbs in the morn and post workout only when cutting....you will definately want to do cardio....i like a morning session at a very low intensity with some extend....but just watch your body...if you dont start leaning out drop a couple hundred more cals....but remember as your weight drops so does your maintenance levels....so lower cals accordingly for that as well....
 
Hey bro, I was facing a similar problem w/the joint issue and was wondering what PH to take for lean mass. (I have a plate in my left arm extending up my femur which kills my elbow when i lift heavy) Im currently running Hdrol (3rd week) and have been noticing solid, DRY, lean mass...and it supposidly "hasnt kicked in" yet.. hehe. As far as 14 or so lbs, that may be a stretch, but seeing as you're a big guy and eat a lot it's possible. I had a friend who gained around 20lbs. of lean mass off 6 weeks of hdrol, and kept ~18 post cycle (pro bodybuilder)...so its def do-able. Good luck.

x2. I'm better off cutting on something "wetter" like phera b/c my appetite isn't as out of control as it was with epi.

IM AN ANOMOLY lmao great! loll but yah i just ren a pp/sd bridge with tren as base and i recovered nicely pct was nolva-powerfull-pct assisit- hyperdrolx2- but yah i might just do a halo/epi i loved it 1st time i did it as a 1st cycle and easy maintian gains. i might add some non methyl PH

did you like the anabolic diet? I want to try it, Im doing keto now :684:
 
Keto was a bitch for me, i loved the meat aspect but the carbs absense destroyed me.

Managed 32 days on it with decent results but torture for me.

Anabolic diet was ok, tbh though the only one i really saw drastic results in was the velocity diet, and im talking a total recomp with actual strength gains.
 
Ive heard about the Velocity...I like Keto, its feels better, just raise fats...Ill look into the Velocity though
 
Yeah i had healthy fats through the roof, but man i missed my oats.

I ran a version of the Vdiet, i.e. without all those must have supplements by bio test lol.

I ran with a custom made protein blend etc. And had just the same results as everyone else in logs.
 
my carb day is going to be full of oats (3-4 cups) wow, I just noticed you were once 315 pounds...thats Ronnie status lol
