Ok I just recently started investing in rare gold coins...Buying Gold by the ounce...I'm gonna continue to do this for a while as I hear it's one of the better long term investments one can make...Especially in this day in age.

What are some ways to diversify investing...I'm looking at possibly 8-10k in gold and possibly another 5 k in something else ?

Share with me please !!!

buy a foreclosed home and then rent it out until the market gets better. it'll be like making an investment while paying next to nothing for it :)

A M82 .50 Cal with the combo starlight/thermal scope and enough rounds to take out San Fransisco.

That being said, you could change the world with that puppy :D

Homes * Land is right though. Those who have money can make money....

There is a lot that goes into purchasing a foreclosed home. It's pretty risky. I don't know if I'd recommend this. A lot of times you have no idea what you're getting, and end up paying far more in repairs than you expected.

Do you already have a Roth IRA?

very true. but if all goes well it'll be fantastic. if you buy a relatively new home, the chances of major repairs (plumbing, electric, etc) goes way down.

the home i bought looks amazing after inputting about 6,000 in repairs (granite countertops for the entire house included). We are renting the place out for what it costs us (including the property manager's salary).
