Order processing since saturday?

Usually when I purchase an item on NP it ships that day or the next, and since I'm only one state away it gets to me in 1 day (the reason I purchase from NP).

For some reason, the order I placed on 05/16 still shows as being "processed". I've emailed the address in the Contact us section about it and was told my order was picked up and it would ship out that day (yesterday). It is now 7:00PM EST and my status still shows processing. I emailed again and asked for the order to just be canceled so I could purchase it from somewhere else, but I've only gotten 2 automated emails back so far. Can someone help me with this please?

Yea what the deal? Are orders going out? Anyone else having trouble?
 
Were all your items in stock (1-2 business day) and what time did you order at? I placed an order in the early AM on Monday and it went out Tuesday, and I think we've processed/shipped almost all the instock orders from Monday.

Yes to the bolded and I placed it at 12:43.
 
I ordered monday as well, everything was in stock. I think some vitamins were 2-3 days but were in stock. Order #89542, but it says my order is Pending. Checked my account and the money was withdrawn without a problem.
 
i ordered on the first, and it is still processing. when i ordered atomic meltdown it was in stock, now it is showing out of stock. could this be the reason?

Possibly; but not likely. If the availability of an item says "1-2 business days", then we are only selling as much as we have on hand. Once the stock is depleted, the item shows Out Of Stock and won't allow you to checkout with it in your cart. If it doesn't ship by the end of today, it was likely another item in your order.
