Jason's Spring Bulk/Cut Cycle: P-Plex, Tren, H-Drol

Gotcha. My buddy and I were both gonna run a cycle concurrently, so I ordered us both tren; m-drol for him, and p-plex for me. He coped out on the m-drol, so I'll probably send it back and get an extra bottle of tren. I'm scared of it too.

I mean he wanted me to order it for like 3 weeks and when it arrived he told me he'd changed his mind- that he's not sure how his liver is holding up after years of drinking. I wasn't aware that he'd been an alcoholic so I thought it was a wise choice. And I, being somewhat of a virgin to DS, do not want to bombard my liver with the most potent oral out there. Not yet at least.
 
hmm i didnt really get that euphoric feeling that everyone felt off of the t911 this morning. idk why? but about 20 mins after it dissolved i def wanted to hit the gym haha. its just that feeling like damn i wana hit the gym but its an off day.

can't say.. i've never used t911. maybe irish can chime in here.

The euphoric feeling can be off and on. It takes 20-30mins before you feel it (if you do). It really is great stuff. You're going to love it.

The euphoric feeling can be off and on. It takes 20-30mins before you feel it (if you do). It really is great stuff. You're going to love it.

I was gaining strength in every workout during my PCT while on T911. When I ran it solo, I packed on about 4lbs of lean mass while simultaneously leaning out.

It sounds like you may have just been tuckered out on that set you lost strength on. I wouldn't worry about that...As for the weight, you're probably right, just water. T911 really dries you out. And, being off cycle, that's going to change composition as well.

T911 seems to kick in for most people rather quickly, but I personally see it most around the 1.5 week mark. It takes a little longer for me to "feel" it, but when I do, look out! Before I busted my back the other week, I still felt on cycle, and I was in week 3 of PCT at the time. Strength was still shooting up...That's why I'm so bummed about my injury. :(

wow...nice review? haha nah man thanks for the input cuz u just got me so much more excited about it! how did u dose it?2 or 3? yea i was just pooped from that set before hand because it took everything to get that last rep(the difference was only 15 lbs in weight between the 2 sets so i was pretty much maxed out on the set of 6 reps). 4 more lbs would be awesome! haha. did your "boys" come back fastrer while using t911 or no? sry for the questions! and i do feel alittle leaner
that dose suck u injured ur back...mines feelin ok. i havnt done deadlifts since because i dont want to hurt it again. but i crushed my legs going super heavy on leg press today. i added alot of weight lol. and i mean alot since the last time i did leg press 2 weeks ago

Sorry, guys. I've been extremely busy, but here's an elaborate update.

I drank four nights last week and smoked pot; I even drank and got stoned last night. Last week has been very hectic for me: Depressed, angry, distressed, etc... My well-being has been **** lately, but it's much better today. My fiance and I have been at it again - It would not have been as bad if she didn't leave town the next morning after (for work) - we didn't even get to kiss and make up. I've lost roughly 8-9lbs from all the stressm alky, and not eating enough. Fortunately, my workout went exceptionally well today, and my strength was up. I'm actually amazed at how my strength did not go down one bit. I hit chest today, and typically, if I drink, I easily lose 10-20lbs or a few reps off of my bench press. I physically look smaller and mentally feel smaller. This week I will hit the weights extra hard to catch up and put on some weight. I may also begin cardio this week, if not, then next week for sure. My right ankle got better over the weekend, but it felt fked again today. I was stretching my calves, and OUCH, my right calf cramped up like I'd been shot. I've finally got in some new knee/wrist wraps. I really hope my ankle will heal up soon, because I am hitting legs hard on friday. I am going to do a basic workout this week which consists of:

Mon - Off (Memorial Day)
Tues - Chest/Tri's/Calves (didn't do calves - refer to above)
Weds - Back/Biceps/and maybe Calves or Abs.
Thurs - Off
Fri - Quads/Hams
Sat - Delts/Traps/Upper Back/ and Abs or Calves (depending if I have/haven't hit them)
Sun - Off

The above paragraph pretty much sums up my time being away. If I've forgotten anything, please, add.

I took 3 scoops of Jacked pre-workout with 25mg of Clomid and 1 scoop of Size-On for intra-workout.

I didn't have a spot for any exercises today. I believe I can lift more w/o aid of a spot.. kind of a mind thing - i.e., I better be able to push up all the weight, or else the shiat will fall back down on me. I believe I could have gone 1 more rep for 275x7, but I chose not to. My PCT seems to be holding its own very well as my strength is still climbing. I was thinking about throwing some AP into my intra-workout drink and maybe taking some Somatophen at night to help with recovery, but what i'm using now is more than sufficient.

i love mary jane; always have and always will. i've always lost strength from drinking, but not from marijuana. i appreciate ya.
 
PCT DAY 11

Weight - 193.5lbs (+14)
I've lost about ten pounds since last week. I'm not unhappy about this, because my strength is still second to none, and i'm still looking big (I do look a bit smaller now though, but nothing drastic). The bloat I once had has completely ceased. Logically, I believe the majority of the ten pounds I lost was water weight; I can't justify losing ten pounds of muscle in seven days. I'm looking more lean and vascular as my diet has been better - I definitely need to eat more though.

I'm now considering throwing in some PSLIN and/or Anabolic Pump into my arsenal - I may do this next week (depending on how the rest of my week goes). Somatophen is still hovering up in the air; I may just save it for next cycle or kick it off next week or during week four.

I hit middle back, lower back, and biceps today. I started off my workout session with Deadlifts. My strength is still up for Deadlifts, but on my last set, my legs were very shaky (getting the weight up). However, I've lost about 5-10 pounds on my BB Curls and Hammer Curls. I kept my T-bar Rows and BB Bent-Over Rows to three sets, because I'll be hitting upper back on saturday. My right ankle feels a bit better today (less ache), but my right calf still feels sore from the cramp I got yesterday - So I held off on doing Calf Raises.

I might change up my diet to something super clean like:
8 egg whites and 2 whole eggs 2x day
2 cup of oats 2x day
Cytogainer Shakes (50g Protein each time) 3x day
Peanut Butter throughout day for fat

As a realistic goal, I'd like to be walking around at 185-195lbs at the end of my PCT at about 8-9%BF. I believe I can achieve this with the diet written above and hard cardio sessions. Mentally, I feel as though I can put on 5-7 more pounds during PCT.

Note* I started Advanced PCT during day 8 of PCT.

A.M. - 2 caps of Bio Forge, 1 aPCT, supporting supps
P.M. - PreWO 2 caps of Bio Forge, 1 aPCT, 3 scoops of Jack3d, and 25mg of Clomid
Intra-workout - 1 scoop of SizeOn

My LOVELY fiance flew back in last night and we're all lovey-dovey again. This skyrocketed my well-being. I've never had problems with Clomid before, but it's really flucking me around this go - Making me feel sad, depressed, and very emotional.. Good new is, I've only got 5 days left of Clomid dosed at 25mg. I'm really regretting all the alcohol I've drank, but I'm going to work hard to gain every pound back, whether it be muscle or water/food weight :) (j/k). There will be no more alcohol for another two months or so, but Mary Jane here and there (I'm hawaiian; born in Hawai'i; how can ya blame me for smoking).

yeah, if i had to guesstimate, i'd say that 2-3lbs of it was muscle, 1lb fat, and the rest water. i'm very content with my physique and strength right meow. and LOL! - ganja shipped!

how are you going with your cycle? have you kicked off pct yet?

yea im in pct. i feel fine and the boys are coming back. i just got another part time job doing graphic design and hes already given me a project so ive been doing it all day. skipped the gym for today. but my str is still there. i wish i would have gained more than 5-6lbs though. but i really cant complain on my str gains

Hey Jason, I'm like a week in and haven't noticed s***. (cept for the calf cramp). My strength and anaerobic endurance is down, probably because I cycled of mono before I started this. I'm gettin irritated. Do you think it may take longer to actually kick in?

the plex prob takes about 2 weeks i guess. i noticed tren str gains within 7 days. tren didnt add muscle to me. but it was a helluva cutter

nice! 5-6lbs isn't bad.. especially since you've cut fat and gained strength with the sort of cycle you did.

lol, yup. i'm not sure which is worse: calf cramps or quad/ham cramps. my calf cramp lasted for a few minutes!

the tren should kick in almost instantly (you might be getting recomp first). you will feel "on" from the phera within a few days, and the size gains should come on hard after the first week (like 7-14 days). i don't think that the creatine mono would be responsible for your strength/anaerobic end. being down. again, some people might respond differently - i.e., slower/faster.

Yes it is. I checked my BF% today and it's down 4%. I've also been cutting out carbs after 4pm but I'm sure the Tren is the main cause. My BF% didnt even drop that much while on CKD! Definetely dried out though which may explain the strength loss.

I feel sooooooooo euphoric right now. My workout went super-quick and super-easy - I didn't even break a sweat. My strength is still superb and recovery is second to none. No joint pain, and the pain in my right calf/ankle has finally disappeared as calf raises were done with no strain. I'm up a few pounds which I'm very pleased about. I might hit legs tonight or on Sunday. I think this pretty much wraps up this mornings workout.

I hit my legs and abs today. Recovery was excellent, but I slacked around during squats. My leg strength is still very good, and all lifts were very easy. After my second set of Squats, the right side of my left quad started cramping up, and this scared me. I did make it through my four sets with ease - 405x6 felt light today and I could have easily thrown in another 2-3 reps, but I didn't want to be susceptible to any injuries as my quad was cramping. I also changed up my rep-scheme today on various lifts just to muck around. I used knee wraps for the first time today (on my last set of squats) and they worked wonders.

I'm really liking Jack3d (my focus is amazing!); along with SizeOn, both seem to help me push through my hard workouts and give me the strength I need to lift heavy. This PCT stack is treating me very well, and I'm having a lot of fun with it. I have one more dose of Clomid left - I will toss in a few more supplements after I get off of it.

I'm up 17.5lbs from the beginning of my cycle. I have retained all of my strength, and I believe the reason why my bicep strength was down was bc I had hit them directly after back (not enough recovery time). I know that if I were to hit biceps on a separate day, like with triceps, my strength would still be present as it was during cycle. I'm leaning out more each day, pumps are visible, and I've got little to no bloat.

*note - The euphoric feeling I had the other day was from the Jack3d.. it felt like a slight opiate "high;" somewhat like a cocaine high, and while I was coming off it, it felt like I was coming down off an "upper." Jack3d also makes me feel very wired and jittery - I seem to be more calm when I take it with my Clomid (ie less jittery feeling).

I'll be hitting a 4-day split starting Monday of this following week. Workout will look something like...

Mon- Chest, Biceps, and Calves
Tues- Back, Forearms, and Abs
Weds- Off
Thurs- Legs
Fri- Off or Delts, Traps, and Triceps
Sat- Off or Delts, Traps, and Triceps
Sun- Off

I would have liked it to look like this, but I just hit legs tonight:

Mon- Chest and Biceps
Tues- Quads
Weds- Off
Thurs- Delts, Traps, and Triceps
Fri- Back, Forearms, and Abs

Depending on how much time I have; cardio will either be done on off days or directly after my workouts (minus leg days) @ medium intensity for 30-45mins. CARDIO WILL START THIS NEXT WEEK. I believe I will wait until after PCT to lean out as much as I want to (minimizing muscle loss) due to difficulty of concurrent gaining and retaining muscle/fat loss.

Nose bleeds went away long ago.

Now for tonights workout... Again, I held off from doing my last (5th) set of squats for 455lbs to avoid injury as my right quad was cramping. It's been about 2weeks or so since I've hit legs, so I went easy on them.

my back workout last week didnt go so well. ive def had to take some weight off some of my back excersises. not alot...if i had something like jacked preworkout im sure i could get it back. just felt blah in there. t911+sustain alpha gives some redonkulous libido. especially just coming off a cycle
o and im glad to see im not the only one who does chest and biceps together haha.

Are you taking any creatine and n.o. supps along with your PCT? - Both will aid in keeping strength and size. I don't mind doing chest+biceps as I switch it up all the time.

My workout sesh today didn't go as planned. I've lost a small amount of strength - I'm not sure why; perhaps I didn't give myself enough time to recover/rest, or bad diet/not enough water? A few weeks ago, I went from flat benching 275x6 to decline for 275x6; today, I went from 275x6 flat benching (no spot and I almost didn't get the last rep up) to decline for 275x4 (-2 reps). DB Flat Flies and Cable Crossovers felt normal, BB Curls were a bit easier than last week, but Seated Incline DB Curls got me as I was struggling to do 50x6. I will start out with Incline Bench next week, followed by Flat DB Press (to help get my flat bench strength up again for the week after) - I may also give arms their own day to give them a little boost. The cardio felt great today, but cramped up my legs a bit (stretching helped).

Does anyone have any suggestions of what I should toss into my PCT to give my strength a bit more pizzazz? I've got P-Slin and Anabolic Pump lying around, but i'm not sure if I want to use them.

Also, any suggestions on weight training; maybe, change the rep-scheme to 10-8-6-4 to help with strength?

Yes, I would recommend that rep scheme to boost strength. I've had success using it and usually anything under 6 reps will help enormously to boost testosterone production, thereby aiding in your HPTA recovery.

I'm having a VERY tough time with this cycle (p-plex and xtren). I am about a week and a half in and haven't noticed any gains in strength, size, definition, recovery, aggressiveness, etc. I do, however, feel very lethargic- shaky and a little nauseous (all day). Last night I was at this chicks house and broke out in a sweat and felt very weak. She was like, "what the f*** ". I'm getting very pissed off and I'm about to call it quits already. What do you guys think?
 
maybe you just dont respond well to those products? u said the tren was working maybe the pplex doesnt work with you? ive lost a little amount of str(same amount as you jason but went from 4 reps to only 2) but i gained about another 1.5lbs back since i lost them. im just glad my str is holding on ok. i really wanna run pplex but ive heard about alot of people not reponding/"getting bunk batches" i know jason killed it with the pplex. 14lbs i think? or something. but i dont know what to do...i think you just might need to wait alittle longer on the pplex to kick in? the tren might be giving u that weak feeling. alot of ppl get harsh sides with it. and it might be that you need to eat more. ive felt wierd like that when i ran superdrol haha. so it could be the compound

sometimes the pp can take users up to two weeks and longer before they notice anything. as far as the lethargy and little nausea; these are prob the sides you're getting from the tren as tren also raises body temp. tnasty could also be right about getting "bunk batches." i've recently heard peeps getting bunk batches of trena and pp, but not trenx.

I felt great tonight. My workout went so fast and so easy (45-50min duration). I'm happy with my results as I set two new PR's. Tonight was the first night I did single calf raises and i'm amazed at how much I lifted with each calf. This is my second time doing Rack Pulls and I love them! I always thought they were supposed to be easier than Deadlifts (rhetorical)? I believe my form is good: feet being shoulder width apart, chest sticking out, knees perpendicular to ground (straight), head up, toes curled, arms straight, and using hips to pull - I had the bar set slightly below my shins. Maybe it's just that i'm not used to them yet. I tried twice to pull 500x1 and both times were unsuccessful. I will start alternating Deadlifts and Rack Pulls from week to week. I hit the gym one hour before closing time, so cardio was out of the question. I will take off tomorrow and hit legs on thursday (maybe with abs). Next week, I will change my rep-scheme to 10-8-6-4 again and see if that helps with my strength; if not, I will go with the 4x10-12, or 1x15 1x10-12 1x4-6 1x10-12. My weight is fluctuation like there's no tomorrow, but i'm not too worried about this, because my strength and size are still second to none.

hahaha. you never know....give it alittle longer. i think im gonna run that AMS mass stack my next cycle. its tren+pp in one pill. just sucks because i wont be able to go over 30mg of pp if i needed to. im actually missing the tren now....i want that rediculous fat loss back. ive gained some of my fat back which kinda makes me :[ haha. rack pulls are supposed to be easier. but its more emphasis on only your back instead of legs+back with reg deads. i def notice a difference when my legs are strong, i can deadlift more

did you start gaining fat again from eating bad? i would also NOT use a pill that has 2 compounds in it, because you'll have trouble bumping the dosages of either single compound - Just grab a bottle of PP and a bottle or two of Tren.

Man... not sure why I'm telling you guys this (whether or not you want to read it), I suppose it's that I'm not comfortable confiding in anyone else. I really ****ed it up with my fiance, I was hiding something from her, and I was deceit. I got busted before I could tell her, and now she's flown back to Australia (she's from NZ - Kiwi). **** went down couple nights ago, she packed a little bag and left the house. I spoke to her once on the phone, and that didn't go very well at all (the first time I have ever heard/made her cry) - and this ****ing killed me. I am sad, I am stressing, but I feel more numb than anything else. She was the best ****ing thing that ever happened to me, and now she may be gone forever. I've been speaking with her daughter and her cousin... trying to come up with something. She has not been returning my texts, hasn't called, nada, no contact. I just hope everything will work out; i.e., her giving me one more chance to make things right. Wish me luck guys...

Aside from that, cortisol/stress do fkall to my workouts. I have a very nice workout sesh today as I LOVE hitting delts/tri's on the same day. Duration of workout was bout one hour. It's strange, I've read and learnt that your workouts should stay close around 45mins and no longer than 1hr, but I seem to get better results when I go 1-1.5hrs. Anyhow, I didn't go the full 6 reps on DB Shoulder Presses as I had intended, but I believe I could have repped one more; they felt heavy as shyte today. I set a new PR for Iso-Laterals (i've not done these in months), and I believe my PR last time was 150x6. I also set a new PR for DB Side Lats @ 50x6.

Triceps felt good today. I need to work on my CG BP's - I maxed them at 245x4 with 1 forced rep; In mind, I was thinking I could rep 245x6 at least. French Presses and WG Pulldowns were nice; little hard since I just hit CG Bench, but still nice. I decided to end my Tricep sesh with 2 sets of Dips; one for 12reps and one for 10reps - both with deep, long stretches and superb form.

I was going to do all my cardio on the Treadmill today, but my calf started cramping (still aching) when I got the speed up to 6mph. I had planned to start at 2mph, and move up 0.5 mph every 30secs until I hit 10mph or so. I think I'll stick to the bicycle from now on. Cardio felt nice overall and had me sweating.

I will probably hit legs tomorrow (sat morn) along with abs.
