3-AD/MassFx Mid Cycle Question

I am on Day 27 of my 3-AD/MassFX Stack. I am dosing 6 caps of each a day. It is going great. Both size and strength are sky rocketing. At the same time my body fat is going down. My bench is up 40lbs and my Deadlift is up 60lbs. I couldnt be happier. I just have a few questions:

1. I got 3 bottles of each, however MassFX contains 120caps vs. 3-Ad 90caps. So after I finish my 6 weeks I will have some leftover MassFx. Do I continue to finish the MassFX at 6 caps per day and THEN continue on to my PCT of APCT+Lean FX? Or do I start taking my PCT immediately and continue taking massfx. Or something else???

2. What should be the dosing of APCT and LeanFX?

BTW, I am 6'6" 270lbs.

Dang, big boy!! I was considering not even answering this because I'm so jealous. I always wanted to be 6'6" or 6'7" but stopped at just a paultry 6'4". :( HA!!

Here's some answers for you, and if you need more, just ask!

1. Take your 3-AD and MassFX as planned. When you run out of 3-AD, start taking aPCT the very next day. If you want to continue running the remainder of MassFX, you have 2 choices. Either continue taking it until you run out (ie stack it with aPCT, too), or the more popular choice and what I think is a better idea, do just aPCT for a week and then pick up MassFX again Week 2 and ride it out until you are done. Depending on your math and how much you have left, you could gear it backwards to end MFX when you end aPCT, making your starting point somewhere in the middle I believe.

2. aPCT and LeanFX are both dosed at 3 caps/day but timing on them may vary. Generally speaking aPCT is easiest at 3/day with each dose spread out throughout the day. LeanFX, as most all cortisol control products, is best taken first thing in the morning, again 4 hours later, and one more either with dinner or before/after your workout if you hit the gym late. (If you lift earlier in the day, dose it with dinner.) You could choose to pair them up if it's convenient for you. I really don't see too much of a problem with that. I prefer to do an AI like aPCT before bed to hammer down estrogen during sleep, as that's when the body produces the most hormones and when a product like this would do the most good.

One other thing to note: Your 3-AD cycle is a bit long and lofty, but I can definitely identify for the quantity you are using. (Sucks to be bigger sometimes...) I think one bottle of aPCT may be sufficient, especially when paired with MFX, but if you wanted to be doubly secure in it, run 2 bottles of aPCT for 60 days straight. If you go with just one, I'd recommend a good LONG off period after PCT of atleast 6-8 weeks before touching anything that deals with hormone levels. That would include not only other PH products, but any pro-anabolics, AIs, or even test boosters.

Alright so just to clarify,

Finish out my 6-week cycle. Then do a week if just APCT followed by finishing out my MassFX and APCT. However, when do I throw in the LeanFx???

Cortisol doesn't really take effect on your body until about 1-2 weeks into post cycle therapy, so I usually recommend starting sometime during your second week.

Ok So finish out the 6 week cycle. Then, stop MassFx for a week but start APCT immediately. On week 2 begin MassFX with APCT. Finally sometime in week 2 add in LeanFx. Finish APCT+LeanFx together.

How does that sound?

Just trying to make sure everything is Ok before I get to that point.

Looks good to me. If you run a few days over with LeanFX or MassFX, no big deal. Just stop when you're out and take the requisite break. Looking forward to the review!

Just thought I would give this a little bump up and tell you I am starting my PCT today. I will do one week of only APCT. Then starting in week 2 combine that with Leanfx+Massfx. I cant wait to put together a nice big review! I am very pleased with the results! 30 More Days!!

Thats the PERFECT pct stack for 3-ad right there. I'm sure you will keep gaining right through your pct with that. Good luck
 
Alright Gentlmen,

The time has come! I have finished my PCT and the cycle is officially over. Let me say, I am very impressed! I got a lot more out of it then I thought I would.

Originally, I was debating event taking a pro-hormone. However, after hours and hours of research I decided it would be okay if I did it the correct way.

So, I purchased my stuff. I got 3 bottles of 3-AD, 3 Bottles of MassFX, 1 bottle of LeanFX, and one 1 bottle of APCT.

I began my cycle on a Monday, I knew it going into it, the first week I did not see much of anything. Maybe a little more mental focus and aggression in the gym however I think that was more a placebo and psychological effect.

THEN, week two came and I just exploded. My strength was going through the roof. Also, with the strength came great size. The best part about this, I experienced no side effects.

Going into week three the strength and size continued to pour on. I was amazed that last weeks weights were just like a warm-up set. The side effects remained low except for slight lathargy. Im not sure if that was totally due to the 3-AD because I do intern and work 2 jobs so I am always on the go. However, I noticed a bit more lethargic this week but nothing to dwell on.

Weeks 4-6 was by far the best weeks. The strength and size continued to pour on and I experienced no side effects. In fact, I was a bit aggressieve. I would walk into the gym thinking I could lift ANYTHING in sight, and I just about did that.

The PCT went very well. No side effects occured. The strength and size slowed down but remained at a steady incline. I kept a pretty low carb diet throughout at I was mainly going for strength and sort of a "clean bulk." The one thing that I did notice, was I dont think the lean fx did much for me. Maybe taking to with the massfx and apct sort of cut it out, but I did not notice much of anything from that.

Overall, a very successful cycle. Like mentioned, the only side effect was slight lethargy in the first couple weeks, other then that, just pure size and strength gains.

As for numbers:

Bench Press- Pre Cycle-305 Post Cycle-375

Trap Bar deadlift-Pre Cycle-425-Post Cycle-500

I dont squat anymore because when I first did it I didnt get much out of it and being 6'6" it is very tough for me to get down so low. So, I do a lot of single leg stuff and some front squatting.

Of course, all my secondary lifts went up by I mainly payed attention to my compound lifts. My chest is so much more developed and my t-shirts are ready to rip they are so tight in the chest and arms.

I couldnt have asked for a better cycle and I want to thank you all for your help. If it wasnt for you I would not have done this.
