Cortisol AM: 11 ug/dl (N: 5-20 ug/dl)
TSH: 2.01 mUI/l (N: 0.15-3.70)

Glycemia: 0.90 g/l (N: 0.6-1.10)
Tri: 0.58 g/l (N: < 1.60)
Total cholesterol: 1.52 g/l (N:1.50-2.20)
HDL: 0.41 g/l
LDL: 0.80 g/l

Ferritin: 100 ug/l (N: 20-300)

Protides: 75 g/l (N: 65-80)

no liver issue.

I think I tend to have low HDL, I don't know why because I take olive oil and EFA.

TSH may be a tad to high, could indicate hypothyroidism... try to get Free t3/t4 and Total t3/t4 if possible..

also Cortisol loooks a tad low
TEstosterone?

TSH is alittle high Check for antibodies and other levels.
your cortisol is way too low need to be >17
Next step adrenal saliva profile 24 hours
Ferritin is a little low >130 but <200
cholesterol is low.
Fish oils can suppress cholesterol production in your case I stop fish oils and start eating more whole organic eats and more red meat weekly. If you have alot of omega 3 that can shut down T production by suppressing other pathways ..

how can you say that TSH is a tad too high when it is in normal range...

at least my french doctor would say that there is no problem so why testing T3 and T4. She would refuse.

Normal does not = healthy
most people that are healthy with no other hormone issues are <1.5 averaging 1.25 to be exact as long as no other variables are effected. Sorry but clincal results will dicate from this.

Find a new dr.
TSH identfies just pituitary does not even tell you what happens after that at the tissue level

ok I think I can go directly to the lab and ask a blood test without prescription.
So what should I ask for, T3, T4, total testo, Free testo, E2... what else?

that would cost a lot... only histmanine for instance it will cost me 40 euros so near 55 USD. I will get the result of this next week.

So what I need is the essential... I cannot afford the details

So what should I ask for, T3, T4, total testo, Free testo, E2... what else?

Then ask for:

TotalTestosterone
SHBG
E2
TotalT3
ReverseT3
FreeT3

Make sure that you do not pay for FreeT (useless test).

Use chart and TT + SHBG to figure it out (in much better way).

I hate to bring this up, but my President wants to bring your health care to my country.
Hope he dies first.

I should add also others results:

creatinine: 9.3 mg/l
creatinine clearance: 97.87 ml/min

Uric acid: 56 mg/l

Transaminase ALAT: 21 UI/l
Transaminase ASAT: 19 UI/l
Amylase: 73 UI/l

Bilirubin total: 8.2 mg/l
Direct Bilrubin: 1.6 mg/l

Potassium: 3.9 mEq/l

Regarding omega 3, I am taking 1g per day in average.

This morning I have done a new blood test for T3, T4 (total, free), Testosterone (total, free, bio), SHBG, estradiol. I will get partial results this afternoon (CET Time). It was not easy to get estradiol for a men as it is not standard in France but I will get it in a week.

Regarding adrenal saliva, they can do it but I have to pay per each take (it is like 29 Euros) and I don't know when it should be taken but I find it quite expensive as already for the other tests I will pay like 140 euros. I will see with my chiropractor this evening if I get it with prescription but not sure.

You should understand that in France, doctors don't have an open mind, they feel like they know everything and we know nothing and cannot understand. They do not accept the concept of adrenal fatigue nor andropause. Few month ago I have been told by a doctor that men don't have estrogen. So you can imagine the big hall I am facing to.

I am an engineer in computer science in a very big company (SAP to mention it) and I see health like a big code and if there is a bug somewhere it causes side effects that need to be fixed.

May 2008 but not the same lab
TSH: 2.224 uUI/ml
ft4: 16.49 pmol/l
Testo: 7.66 ng/ml

Today
Estradiol: 32.1 pg/ml (N: 0-56)
TSH: 2.01 mUI/l (N: 0.15-3.70)
ft3: 3.13 pg/ml (N: 1.82-4.62)
ft4: 12.3 pmol/l (N: 7.5-15.8)
Testo: 6.89 ng/ml (N: 2.8-8.0)

I will not get total T3 and T4 as she forgot to put it in the list and only for this few tests I will pay 147 Euros...

Still waiting for Testo free and bio, histamine, SHBG, albumine

ZRT LAB will be alot cheaper and you could have got a blood spot done for half the price on T and estrodial. You can get every thing right from their. I have people with out insurance go this route as it gives me some kind of indicator on where we are starting at ..

So ft3 and ft4 are not enough to say if there is something wrong with thyroid?

NO because is if some one has high free Testosterone would you automatically say that person is fine even though they have all symptoms of low testosterone based upon the piece of the pie vs looking at the whole pie.

One question does ZRT not mention in detail the tests they are performing because with this one:

Complete Thyroid Profile (Blood) $ 276.00
Overall assessment of thyroid function. Includes: free Thyroxine (fT4), free Triiodothryronine (fT3), Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH), Thyroid Peroxidase Antibody (TPO).

I don't see total T3 and T4...

ZRT test free hormones in the blood = FUNCTIONAL not like normal blood
I would just get ft3 and ft4 for thyroid
