Supplement Samples

AZZA here guys. I have been a member here for a while now and i am also a member of 4 other body building forums. My training exp is 18 years on and off and supplement experience is around the same. With all the hype out there regarding supplements it is getting harder to choose. One of my goals as i am located in Australia is to open a small online supplement store and only sell products i have personally used and recomend. I currently do supplement reviews on The Iron Dungeon.org as it is a Australian site. I offer an invitation for any supplement company on this great site that if you have a product or product samples that i can review on the other site then please PM me and we can discuss the details. I look forward to hearing from those interested. My supplement review thread is very popular down under with over 3200 hits and is 16 pages long. So far all the comapanys i have contacted down under have been very generous with products and samples and i take this opportunity to thank the companys on this great board. PM me please if interested.

Get with Millennium Sport.

I question not your motives, but your ability to review, and accurately describe, the effects of all the samples.

I have been reviewing supplements on a site in Australia, The Iron Dungeon.org since last November. I have a criteria for protein/mass gain drinks and pre-workout drinks. This criteria i have works very well with no complaints. I have down here in OZ 20 companys supporting my thread. I give a fair, unbiased opinion. I also have 20 years training and supplement experience. You can only be as accurate as the label though as our labelling laws are different to yours.

I live in NZ and I know how different our (and in Australia) labels must be for products (i.e. no claims, or dosage instructions, etc.). However, regardless of what the LABEL says, you can ALWAYS research the product online, and see more information about it (therefore making using the label as the basis of your criteria invalid).

You should use different "criteria" for EVERY product, based on what it claims to do (check out some of my reviews (all of completely different products) to see what I mean: Invalid Link Removed, Invalid Link Removed, Invalid Link Removed, Rosie's Review of Lipotropic Protein (Vanilla Flavour), Rosie's Review of Driven Sports' Activate Xtreme). If you're going to "rate" a specific factor, you should also say WHY you gave it that rating, instead of just assigning it a score out of 5 with no explanation.

Also to note that sometimes samples are NOT enough to notice any effects from the product (unless it is a preworkout product).

Here is a recent review i did for First Order by Body Well.
For what its worth this is a accurate review.

Supplement review. I need to get back on track.
Over the last few weeks i have been taking 3 Bioflex products, Redbak/Black Widow, Gaspari Super Pump, Epic 8 Beta Anabol, Endorphix, 4-Nitro Tropic and Body Well First Order. It has been hit and miss with some of these as my timing has been off and workouts and schedules not working out. Each of these products will get a full review. I owe it to some of my bigger suporters to do there products on there own or stack them and see. From Wednesday i will be doing all the BioFlex products until i run out of Protein powder's. Then i will be doing BSC Body Science.
Todays review is Body Well First Order, sort of jumped the cue but i have only 2 samples. The samples come in a small clear plastic shaker with 3 flavours inside. Each one is taken pre, during and post workout. Each is the same in ratio and ingredients.

Taste 4.5 STARS
Mixability 4.5 STARS
Digestability 5 STARS
PUMP 4.5 STARS
Vascularity 4.5 STARS
Intensity 4 STARS
Strength 4 STARS
Endurance 4 STARS
Recovery 4 STARS

General comments For what its worth this 4 gram packet delivers where alot of others fail too. The star ratings in my view are just. I have had the flu, bed ridden for 3 days and symptoms for 7 days. Still lethargic after 9 days. I would usually drop my strength and enduance considerably after this. I got a great workout under the circumstances today. The product was noticable within 15 minutes with the beta-alanine kicking in. My chest and shoulders had road maps with new veins everywhere. Some of these i have never seen before and i know i am at 16.5% BF. The pump was great and fatigue didnt come in until i had hit 45 minutes into the workout and then i was spent. Now i have lost 2.5kg from the flu, but this was no cut up as i had a insaitable sweet tooth while sick. Most of the pre-workout drinks are not in this range. Some drinks i would have to have 2 scoops and not be this good. This First Order though was as good as the Isatori Morph tabs without the itch prickly heat rash i had. The Morph wase tabs though and potent and is still the benchmark until i review something better. The below info is from Bulk Nutrition. Cost per serve i have not been able to workout as i cant find the product listed in Aus. $1.33US was the price in the US. Ryan from Elite Body is down as a stockist though.

The star rating is out of 5 Stars. I also post up all nutritional info from the supplement company and thank them for there participation and support for my thread. You have to remember that us Aussie guys dont get all the supplements you guys have unless we order from NutraPlanet etc and sometimes these products are hit and miss.
