H Drol PCT: PCS and Reversitol

Amount of hormones stabilizing in the body. Too much with the 6 bromo in reversitol can actually create some more estrogen in your body then you would want. You are starting PCS as you taper reversitol down.

Im good. You have it exactly right. Run the PCS bottle until it is empty. You should be good to go then :thumbsup:

It's just information overload. For the longest time I was convinced you start PCS on day one. More recently I learned that it's best to start it in week three. But I had a momentary lapse. Yes, week three of PCT is the time to start PCS. Boy do I feel stupid right now :nervous:

Past few days my brain's been consumed with trying to figure out whether or not I need to use an AI in addition to a SERM + test booster + PCS. Valid arguments on from both camps so having trouble making heads or tails of it.

Diet, cardio and alot of core exercises. Deadlifts, Squats. I only have a 4 pack though :lol:

Sounds good I did some football drills the other day and man, I was huffin and puffin like crazy. I can throw up all the weight in the world in the gym but it's funny how when it comes to the real deal athleticism I'm horribly out of shape..

Speakin of squats and deads man I gotta tell you I've been neglectin my legs lately. This can't be good right, especially on cycle? Can somebody hit me with some motivation to work my legs in the gym please?

That's insane. Those are staples. You should ALWAYS be doing them on cycle or not. I can't imagine being on cycle and not doing squats or deads. Get on it man, you're almost defeating the purpose of the cycle.

heres some motivation, get your legs huge and your body will follow. Plus your legs weigh a lot. Tip the scale in your favor with squats!!!!!!

your stack looks good to me, PR will lead you in the right direction, he knows more than me. I just meant that you should be careful with these things and I doubt someone gained 15 pounds of muscle on Hdrol at 50/50/50/50...

me too! all this confusion is making me want to skip these orals and go to the big boy toys...which are safer!!!
