DormantFiber jumps off the edge (recomp AE 6wk log Unsponsored)

Alright, a quick board status update... in case you have not noticed I changed my user name.... I was not happy with the old one for some time and last night I made a request to have it changed... Delta Force is in the house no more DormantFiber!

I was dead tired last night and had one of the best nights of sleep, i did not even move all nigh:684: anyhow, its Friday and I'm taking the day off to go see the new Ron Howard movie Angels and Daemons, been waiting to see this for a long time, afterwards will spend the rest of the day messing around. If i dont get my updates in tonight I'll get them done over the weekend for sure. Everyone have a great day! cheers!

Hi Delta Force! You're still "DF" as in "DormantFiber"!!! Coincidence? :biglaugh:

Perhaps... the old sig did not fit me anymore... I'm almost done getting rid of my dormant fibers :D

Awesome! Fibers are now generally active! :D

Damn I hated when I do this get so far behind on my updates but here I go.
Leg workouts are my favorite but my numbers have reach a plateau again, I felt this way 2 weeks ago and found energy to keep my numbers going up but this time I'm considering lowering my numbers a bit, I was listening to super human radio and a guest had suggested every few weeks to lower the weight and keep the same reps to give your body a rest but then resume training with the same intensity. I'll give this a try.

Day 34

Stats Up on waking:
W: 188.9 (+.5)

Narrative:
Scheduled day off from the gym and took day off from work, I went to see Angels & Demons and I have to say its a good movie, I really loved the book so that made it all the better, the movie is very long 2:20min so if you plan to watch it dont drink much before you see it, I made that mistake and was in a rush for the movie to end where I wish i was more relaxed. If you saw Da Vinci Code this movie is even better the ending in Da Vinci Code was really bad when they brought that silly love story, where as this movie has more steady action, I really recommend it but be prepared to sit for a long time!

If you have any comments or thoughts on this movie I started a thread on this Invalid Link Removed

Today I skipped taking my supps, I woke up and had to rush out of the house and did not have time to get prepared, i'm taking a little break I guess.
Tomorrow is leg workout day I will lower my numbers as low as it hurts my ego just the thought of lowering these numbers hurts my feelings and tomorrow I will hurt my ego, :) we'll see how it goes!

The hell with the numbers bro, you do not need to keep raising the numbers to make gains...Work with what works!:), sometimes the body does need a little break though, you have been pushing hard for awhile now.

Such things can happen to anyone. Just keep at it, buddy!

Thanks Ike, I was really hopping to get addicted to cardio last week but again I dont have an addictive personality :D

with the weather turning out nice like this weekend, weekend workouts will become more and more challenging, my best time to workout is in the mornings but I take turns with my wife sleeping in  (which can only happen once a week for me) or taking care of the kids. the kids will take naps at noon but again they're growing out of that line today they would not sleep. those little rascals

nice updates DF! Looking real good, you still leaning out?

thanks bro, I try to make my updates daily but i really slipped there for a few days! still leaning out some specially after doing as much cardio so far I'm happy with the transformation!

haha, you're right about that, but so much of lifting and everything in general is about numbers and its really hard to separate yourself from it, and I always track everything... i think its a compulsive behavior I have :D you're right again about me raising these numbers this whole thing started when I did my epistane cycle from the beginning of March and I've keep it moving steadily now my body needs a little break then I'll resume another attack on my best lifts :fing02:

Went light this time around and now I figured out how I was able to get in and out of the gym in 1 hours a year ago, lifting light allows shorter rest periods so less time spent in the gym, its funny how you forget simple things like that... when I was doing my epi cycle i would try to heavy and could spend up to 2 hours in the gym. Anyhow, I still got DOMS from yesterday but not as bad of course, not bad I dont mind having my legs not in pain for once :D

Narrative:
Day off from the gym today, nothing exciting to report but I did re-new my subscription to muclemag last night, its one of 2 magazines i get the other bein M&F but I really dont like M&F anymore they dont have much in nutrition articles its all training, training articles.... how many training methods can you apply in one month? another thing too M&F now charges $39.99 for one year I got 2 years of musclemag for $49.99, thats about $1.89 an issue, still a good value. Anyway I let my subscription run out so now I'll have to wait the ridiculous time it takes them to send you them mags.... I could never understand their delays of getting your subscription going... its like they're so happy to get your money they forget about you! :spank:

I need to apply your theory LG and drop mine... i think it will help me to lift even harder to see those body changes :fing02:

logs will help with the remembering part lol ;)

logs definitely help, long time back before I got serious about training and training hard I would be in and out of the gym in an hour and that would include warm up and cool down, no i finally figured out how... lift light! ;)

no day off should be complete without some cardio sweat, I got home a little early still got the kids to bed late but manage to get my 30 min cardio done, I'm feeling great and ready for my workout at 5am tomorrow :fing02:

Nunes is a rare sight here these days! :D

just seeing that 5am makes me cry!..

thats the way it works over here bud, if i dont get my workouts done before the day starts it gets harder to get it done in the evening... once i get home and relax there's not way i'm going out the door to workout, plus i need to attend the kids and prepare them to sleep, I'm a morning person anyway, I like to get up before the sunrise and get as much done before most get up

I hear you on that.... a day off should be nothing but a day off, I'm considering taking a week off once this trip is done to recharge my batteries.

welcome back stranger

Go Manchester United tomorrow!!

I will start preparing my final review on these products and add them in the beginning of this thread.

Going forward I a bottle IGF-2 that I got last year I might take that soon bit dont plan to log it, later on I'll do another PH cycle I still have 1 bottle of each Epistane and Havoc, I'm planning to stack this with x-tren (19-nor). I'd like to get some feed back on this stack!

Tomorrow I'm thinking of working out my shoulders, its been a long time since I've trained them.

yea dont stop! haha, dont want you losing all your hard earned progress that you have been making! like I said switch it up, have fun:)

oh man... i was hiding over here hopping no one would notice me gone from my log :)

j/k

no other excuse, just been lazy to make my updates but i got all my data from the last days including some pics I took on the final day! I need to resize them pics and will put them up shortly, on another note since my cycle/log has ended I've not taken my training as serious as i used to, meaning that even little excuses like i'm tired are keeping me from hitting the gym I even went 3 days without working out.. bad, bad...., I also notice my strength has gone done on my heavier lifts from where I was at which is to be expected.
On another serious note, I had a flat tire today on the way to work on our must narly highway (meaning, very narrow and steep hwy) that goes over the summit luckily for me I had a spare tire and all tools to make the change but them my spare tire was flat as well from sitting in the trunk all these years, I had to drive up the hill turn around and go back to the nearest gas station to fill up the tire, then the gas station has the nerve to charge me $1 for air :omfg:... i think they will soon charge me for breading when I go make my gas payment :rant2:

here's a little treat for some of you who like to keep tabs on AM... if you never heard of netvibes its a great site to track RSS feeds.. I've been using for years and put togheter this page to track AM feeds, I wanted to post this on a new thread but would like to get some feedback before doing so, try this link and let me know if it works for you and what you see.

it looks pretty good, just a bunch of the different sub forums like anabolics, pct, the training forum, yada yada yada. Then it shows I guess it's the newest threads from them.

if you click on them you should be able to read the post on that page.... its a really cool way to catch up with new posts on those forums

Day off working out... last work day of the week and I was really looking forward to the weekend, working out was the last thing on my mind after these last two logs back to back I have to say I'm a bit exhausted ans I'm not feeling the effects from AE to keep me going... some time off is in my near future.

Day 42
Saturday, May 23, 2009

Stats Up on waking:
W: 187.8 (-1.6)

Narrative:
Final day of this log, No workout planned, the weather was too nice to be inside but for the short time I was inside I took these after pics, in short summary this cycle was a good exercise to maintain my training and and try something different cycle (recomp), the numbers it self dont speak the true success of this cycle, meaning that although I did not drop much weight I did gain more definition, I truly believe that if I had done my cardio from the beginning with these supplements I would have made a major change but I started cardio on the 2nd week. I'm also learning that diet is the key ingredient to any successful cycle weather you want to bulk or recomp (kinda late to learn this :) ) and during this cycle i eat too much pasta instead of the usual brown rice I used to prepare
Anyhow, I will be studying my diet closely in preparation to my next cycle.
I'll be filling in the initial posts with a final write up on each supp in order to complete this log. :wave2:
