Gut Health/Java Lather Stack out of stock?

Says you guys have it in stock but won't let me buy more than 1 or it goes out of stock, is this true? Or is there some hidden limit on the stack?
My sister loves the gut health for her IBS and the java lather for my dry skin/eczema
