J nasty's DTHC/Formex/Prime/Jack3d log W/ bloodwork

DAY 5

Day 5

Supplements: taking everyones advice and running formex at 50mg a day, dosed pre-workout. prime still 8 caps/day 3 morning,lunch,dinner. DTHC 4 caps/day 1 breakfast 2 pre-workout and 1 dinner.

Workout:
Resistance band bench 8x3= 115/125/125/135/135/145/145/155 (failed at 2)
DB seated shoulder press 3x10= 40's/45's/50's
bent over row(close grip) 3x10= 90/125/170
DB hammer curls 3x10= 30's/30's/35's
tricep pushdown 3x10= pulley machine weight( 30/42.7/52 )
did a sh1t load of abs lots of laying leg extensions, and on forearm push type positions hold <- whatever those are called. Marine type ab workouts.

Summary: Ok todays workout was definitely not placebo. This stack kicks ass, the pump i had today was phenomenal, felt like i was made out of brick. Starting to get an increase in endurance, lactic acid burn is being buffered nicely. Strength and aggression are again up a couple steps, find myself just giving mean looks around the gym. Not being an a hole to anyone but just aggressively focusing. Dosed 50mg of formex pre-workout(45 min) and got an awesome sense of well being, this is definitely the best way to dose the formex thank Iron. vascularity hasnt improved much but Im veiny as hell so its quite hard to tell. Starting to shed some water, getting a tight cut look and im loving it. If your looking for the ultimate non-hormonal stack then this is it. Cheers fellas'

Yea guess i was just getting ahead of my self. Still feeling great, but the banded bench is like a sledge hammer to your chest.
 
Tomorrow is squats and hang cleans will get a video of both. So far so good with the stack, libido is still very high at 4 DTHC. will have a nice long update tomorrow.
 
Day 8, 5th workout

Supplements: DTHC 1 morning, 2 pre-workout, 1 night. Prime 3am, 3 afternoon, 2 pm. Formex 50mg 30 min prior to workouts. If your going to be using formex, I really suggest dosing it 30 min prior to workout, its gives me a sense of euphoria and i sweat my ass off.

Workout:
Hang cleans3x6=175/185/195(sorry didnt have a buddy with me today to tape)
Squats 3x10= 185/205/225
Lat pulldowns 3x10= 160/180/200
romanian dead lifts 3x10= 135/135/135 (went light back took beating from squats)
Barbell shrugs 3x15= 185/95/150 (were really strict felt awesome)
abs= kneeling crunches with tricep pushdown machine, left on 60lbs the whole time did sets of 15, burned like a mofo.

Summary: still loving every bit of this stack, the 4 DTHC is starting to catch up and my libido is starting to drop a tad, but the strength gains are awesome so no need to drop to 3 or 2. The prime hasn't really kicked it too much yet, but im starting to get that lift all day on prime feeling which I love. the 50mg of formex pre-workout is seriously awesome. No sore joints, no headaches, no racing heart, no shedding nothing but great sense of well being and great workouts. Sorry bout not posting the vids, friends werent with me today, but will get them tomorrow or next monday for sure. I found that 1 hour and 30 min prior to my workout when I took Formex with a glass of milk and some skippy natural pb, I felt the best as far as pre-workout timing doses.

Yea I'm a young skinny kid lol, maybe I just process things at a fast rate. Like even with the jack3d, have to take 15 minutes pre-workout instead of 30 minutes.
 
day 9

Workout:

Bench press 3x10= 155/170/175 ( only got 9 at 175)
BB incline press 3x10= 135/145/155 (got 5/6 at 155)
Seated row 4x6= 135 all 4 sets
Db shoulder press 3x10= 45's/45's/50's
wide grip BB bicept curls 3x10= 60lbs/70lbs/70lbs
skull crushers 3x10= 55lbs/65lbs/65lbs
abs= Did tons of planks and crunches, didn't count

Still same dosing 4 dthc, 8 prime, but dropped the formex to 25mg and going to maintain rest of 8 weeks at 25mg. Everything is still great, workouts are still great, my diet has been off a tad last couple of days due to final exams, but i'll be back on track with diet starting tomorrow.

thursday the 14th

Supplements: prime is now at 7/ day 2 a.m/3 pre-workout/2 p.m. The formex I have dropped to 25mg daily pre-workout, am going to do 25mg/day for week then 50mg for a week, little bit of a rollercoaster ride :). Dropping the DTHC to 3/day, my libido is starting to drop a little at 4.

Workout:
High pulls 4x6= 185/205/215/225
dead lifts 3x10= 225/245/285
Pulled bar to face using lat pull down machine 3x10= 110/110/120
leg extensions 3x10= 130/145/155
leg curls 3x10= 70/80/90
calf rasies 3x10= machine weight so kinda inaccurate 70/85.5/85.5
Dumb bell shrugs 3x10= 55's/55's/60's/60's
abs= just did lots of planks, sit ups/ and bicycles

Supp summary: All the good effects had a slow onset and peaked mid to end of week 2. The great thing is that none of them have diminished much. The prime lift all day feeling is still very present. the DTHC is still awesome, libido is high( had to drop to 3, 4 was a little too much for small guy like myself), and the formex just gets better and better. Becoming drier and more vascular by the day, the only complaint I have about this stack, is the acne. By no means is it bad or uncontrollable, but their is bacne present that Is becoming more evident as time on stack goes on. Skin and hair is a little greasier upon waking. Acne is not a prob though, stack is still awesome. and get ready for 4th week bloodwork results, see what these puppies are really made of lol:usa1:
 
going to gym now will finish when I get home. Stack is great fellas', strength is up, aggression is up, and I feel great.

a close family member passed away, had to go out of state for a bit and was very disorganized. i apologize to everyone for the inconvenience. Stopped that stack at 4 weeks, 2 days after the bad news. stack was awesome and do recommend it to anyone with a low bf% trying to cut up and keep strength.
 
sorry to hear about your loss and that stack ended but do you know about what your gains were is anything you can write up on it
 
yea put on a solid 3 lbs during the 4 weeks, vascularity was up the entire time starting from week one, but my bf% is always low thats why it was so noticeable. strength was decent gained like 10lbs on my flat bench.
