25 to 30mg of the extract (it's 30%)...so 10 grams is a hell of a lot.

So are we keeping the reccommended daily dosage in the same range as Y Hcl? .1mg per 1lb of body weight?

Example: 220lbs = 22mg of Yohimbine max daily dose

accounting for the strength of the extract, yes.

In descending order of strength of effects-
Nootropic\focus\motivation
appetite suppression
libido enhancement
increased fatloss

They are all highly not iceable and have reminded me well while I chose this compound years ago as ideal.

Damn - Appetite is already my main problem, even for dieting I can barely eat enough... looks like this will wait till the finish of my cut when cals are looooow

This one will help you measure out enough for a 50 cap fill using the Capping Kit at Nutra.

I recommend a free flowing filler, like taurine or even beta-alanine (very easy to use).

Affinities are equal to, or greater than, YHCl. Alpha-Yo is more effective.

From my most recent experiments (as well as reflections upon my HEAT Stack experiences) Alpha-Yohimbine is FAR FAR superior in the libido boosting department.

I'll definitely agree here. I've been using my last amount of HEAT recently and my libido has never been higher.

FYI, stacking with fenugreek is asking for trouble unless you're in compression shorts.

I was planning on stacking it with NP's 50% Fenugreek extract and Supersap.
 
My math sucks. I still have 100 grams up in powder. I will be posting this at Mind and muscle here in a bit, which means it'll probably be gone tomorrow.

Are you using straight Alpha-Y or with a filler......Taurine, Beta-A, or piperine.

The Alpha caps seems to have taken the majority of my stock. I put in a reorder, but it looks like lead time is another 4 weeks. PHEAR will probably be out in 6-7 weeks. I'm pushing hard to get it out before summer.

Sounds good. In the mean time any suggestions on what we should take with the Alpha Yohimbe to boost fat burning until the full PHEAR formula is available?

Piperine is the most potent. You can pick up a gram from Beyond-a-century, or there are also pretabbed products you can buy.

The rest of the ingredients, in order of importansxxe ae....++++++CARRIER LOST++++++

Ah yes of course......but without releasing the PHEAR formula would you say a typical ECA stack or other typical fat burner would be needed to get the maximum effects out of the alpha Y or will the alpha Y do some significant fat burning on its own? (of course only till PHEAR is available).

EC
DCP
Lean Xtreme
a multifaceted stim of your choice (mitotropin, dialene, leviathan reloaded, etc.)
and Eviscerate

Other ingredients to add:

CLA
Fish Oil
Green Tea caps
Antioxidant of your choice (NOxidant is a good formula)

The phear FORMULA will form a new niche in there, and will likely work best by dropping the EC. Until then, running this will yield phenomenal resuts.

Like HCL I assume ingesting carbs blunts the fatloss aspect? It would best be used for early morning fasted cardio?

Traditional ECY stacks were 20-25mgE 200mgC 5mgY. With alpha-Y can we increase the dosage of Y? or would blood pressure still be an issue.

I intend to do EC/Y with peprine and DCP and evicerate as you eluded to above.

Taking Y with Alpha-Y is counter productive. They compete at the receptors, and the combination will likely cause bad reactions.
 
oh sorry my question came out wrong i guess.

I will be using an EC/alpha Y stack. And was wondering if I can take more than 5mg of alpha Y with that stack. Traditionally it was 5mg of yHCL.
