you can use prime for up to 90 days i believe

time on should equal time off IMO so if u run it for 90 days take a 90 brake before running it again

I would take a 4 week break after 12 weeks of use. We simply want you to stay sensitive to the effects of PRIME.

Yep...I have been running 8 and 4 with really good success and will go 12 and 4 in future.

I hear good things about T911 which I will use in future to bridge. DTHC would make a good bridge but even better to stack with Prime in my opinion. APPNut has some good products. Neovar, Drive etc... Anabolic Innovations, Stoked is good you could stack it with Activate...
