I know u have to eat 60-100 complex carbs while dosing this but, what kind of food do you suggest for best results?

Second question: Would this work in a pct regimen or is it best used on cycle.

I usually recommend Oats and a small fruit/honey to achieve 100g. I will usually do a 4/5 blend of Oats with 1/5 from a simple source such as banana or honey. Rice and/or Pasta works great as well.

Personally, I would recommended this for post-cycle for many reasons. P-Slin will allow you to retain high amounts of glycogen uptake and storage when in a PCT environment. Also, you will be able to continue to eat more carbohydrate and rest assured they will be stored primarily in muscle cells. The strength/endurance may be higher than they would normally be in a PCT as well.
 
I like Casey's split on the carbs..you can do a 3/4 complex+1/4 simple combo as well, and my persoanl favs are oats & fruit (most common set-up for me: 20-25g from banana, 1 cup (54g) from oats, the rest coming from protein powder, maybe a little skim milk sometimes)..you can do a 15g WMS/large banana/1.5cup oats mix as well..lot to play around with here, just mix & match till you hit your 80-100g target!
As for on/off cycle: I see it as beneficial both ways. I don't do any 'PCT' as I stay away from things that require such, but just because you're running a PH/DS/AAS doesn't negate the need or benefit of Pslin action..I will even argue that if I was running a PH, Pslin would be a necessity! I'd want to give that PH the most friendly environment to work in as possible..
