hey all, 21, wanna do my first cycle, looking for a clean 10-15 pounds with little bloat, have done SD and 1-AD, SD didn't work for me believe it or not. I am an extremelyyyyy hard gainer, (bulking usuall 7k cals a day) trying to cut right now for the summer but feel smaller rather than more cut, went from 198 bf% around 14 to 185 about 10% bf, just picked up test e cause my var connect fell through, i workout 5 days a week, cardio and abs at least 4 times a week, cardio = 20 mins on eliptical (i stay fairly lean easily) diet and cycle idea is as follows:
Diet:
1 cup of oats with 2 scoops protein with water (shake)
6 whole eggs/ 6 eggwhites in a whole wheat wrap
1 cup brown rice 8 oz grilled chicken
bagel with jelly, isopure (post workout)
8 oz grilled chicken 1 cup greens
8 oz grilled chicken 1 tbsp olive oil
8 oz grilled chicken
2 scoops caesin 1 tbsp nat pb with water (bed time shake)
Cycle: weeks 1-10
test e - either 250mgs/week or 500
Adex - .25 mgs EOD
