Ever heard of the term 'Nocturnal Emission'?

This is true, the time before when I was trying to boost testosterone by not jacking off for 2 weeks, I had 2 nocturnal emissions in that span of time. It kinda sucked because I had to do laundry, but also...was a great couple of dreams.

I will tell you, today was the 8th day, and I just worked out, and it seemed to be a better workout than usual. And this is not a placebo effect, I really did workout out longer/better. Not a HUGE improvement though. Also, I had the whole week to rest since I couldn't work out at my grandparents...so that may also have something to do with it...that and gaining 5 lbs from all the food I ate.

But, I also have that sense of well-being, and looking in the mirror returns a "damn, you look good." even though I know I don't look that great. You know, the usual - I've got lots of testosterone feeling.

I'm still interested in this topic! I will continue doing an 8 day cycle, so we shall see how it all goes.
 
I feel if I go every day I only have to workout my left arm when it comes to arm day.. the right one is a beast
 
i thought this was a great theory since i work out late at night. so i worked out with the girlfriend then i "worked out" with the girlfriend. for the most part it worked. i am relaxed as hell ,and could fall asleep any time ,but we dont live together ,and she wants to talk all night on the fn phone. other than that it could work as a sleep aid any way.
 
i couldn't go 8 days without jacking off, unless i was really ill. I try not to tug before a workout, it makes me feel all weak. I do notice a difference if i don't have a tug for 3-5 days, i kinda feel more "full" lol
 
i also feel weak if i ever do it before a workout, but thats logical cuz the onset of tiredness is gonna be demotivating.
-as far as post work out, my entire life, if i ever do it right after, i feel like someone deflated my muscles a bit, despite my great mood the next day, i just feel smaller like compared to being on creatine/ and not being on creatine, but i haven't noticed a considerable decrease in strength the next day

I guess its true, I stand corrected. I was just going off of knowledge of neurotransmitters, but anyways screw it. I highly doubt if I stopped ejaculating that i'd notice a difference in terms of gaining muscle. In fact, I'd go absolutely insane. So for my overall happiness and sanity, I'm definitely not cutting down. And anyone who actually follows this article in terms of cutting down to correct your hormonal balance is downright stupid.

Whats next? Someone to tell me that marijuana raises estrogen levels?

from the studies i have read, prolactin and GH in humans is raised after masturbation. I believe high prolactin makes you store more fat than normal. also read that actual sex will raise you test higher, and that rubbing one out once a day is healthy for your prostate.
 
I had a relapse, and went on a sex spree. My girlfriend is now on her period, so I'll be conducting a one week experiment to see the daily gains during a 7 day abstinence. The same workout routine will be used every day for one week in the gym. This will make it easier to monitor my strength and stamina.

But seriously I'd have to agree that wanking pre-workout has never worked well for me. Makes me wanna eat then lay on the couch and watch tv haha. Post workout though could have some benefits if it does release GH. But def not after every workout or every day, that would probably lower your test levels.

Oatmeal broseph! hahaha. But really, you can't go wrong with oatmeal and egg whites. I had that plus a banana this morning. You can also hard boil the eggs at night and stick em in the fridge if you don't have time to cook in the mornings.

Ohh and about the soy, women do take soy products to increase their bust size. So if you're having trouble getting your chest bigger, supplementing soy into your diet can actually help you gain size in your chest. But use in moderation because of the hormonal effects you stated above, depends on what other supps you're taking also.

I hate soy! I like to eat either oatmeal in the morning. Or egg sandwiches on wheat bread.

my breakfasts consist of 6 eggs, 2 whole the rest egg whites and about a serving or 2 of chorizo.

Ill sometimes add in 2 - 3 strips of bacon, or swap the chorizo for the bacon.
